I've seen/heard more positive and complimentary comments about us from Wright than from that CAUC Cross. To be fair, Wright is entitled to be biased, for god's sake, but Cross is allegedly a "sports journalist" ... so, in theory, is supposed to be objective. But he's just a Gooner with a typewriter (showing my age here)... or rather with a laptop. I can only assume that the reason his editor doesn't sack him is because he too is anti-Spurs (probably a Spammer).
You can be a Gooners and not be biased, so Cross should learn from Henry Winter.

Urrrgh, are they still getting work?
I'm glad they're not about on these shores anymore.

In fairness the subject matter is quite good, but the vast majority of their interviews are done by webcam, a right fucking amateur effort. That said at least they cover some of the smaller teams, and feature some good PL player and manager interviews.

So, from kick off until we equalised 22 pages, then only five pages until Llorente missed that chance....... which resulted in five more speedy pages in the few minutes until the final whistle as everyone rushed to get a moan in :D

For once, we win a (mini) league and this thread is dead. Not even 40 pages.

My sherlock gland says quite a few of you lot get a monster stuffy for a moan up, win and you ain't interested :woot:
Win and we're too busy watching and enjoying the game/post-match coverage; start losing and suddenly turning your gaze away from the TV and towards SC's hallowed match threads becomes that much more appealing.

Two fingers up to Phil McNulty and Jamie Redknapp who are an absolute biased disgrace. All they seem to do is lie in wait for a bad Spurs result and up they pop like bad pennies immediately after predicting the apocalypse at Spurs. They are bandwagon jumpers of Spurs doom, Oi McNulty, after Liverpool let a 3 goal lead slip are you going to write a long article full of criticism about why they won't win the Champions League ? I bet not !! Oi Redknapp, after Liverpool surrender a 3 goal lead are you going to bang on about Coutinho Firmino and Salah needing to leave for bigger clubs and all that shit ? No you won't. Will you give Spurs the credit they rightly deserve after that 2-1 win in Dortmund as quickly as you heaped criticism on us after we lost to Arsenal, no you won't !! Piss off you couple of bellends !!! COYS lets go marching on !!!!

Where's @shelfboy68 recently, normally revels in doom and gloom, haven't heard a peep from him since we beat Dortmund, funnily enough, strange guy

I think there's an element that thrive on negativity. I've no idea whether or not shelfboi comes I not that category or not but look at the numbers in this thread :D

Funny thing was - I could not watch the 2nd half, but was loosely keeping up with the thread - when I saw the comments come flooding in, I assumed Llorente had scored an own-goal to level the match...
