Although I’d love to call him a c**t and tell him to f**k off. I think it’s pretty obvious there’s mental health issue with Rose.

Not everyone who acts like a dick has mental health problems.

Some people are just dicks!

He was always going to be on the back foot in any interview he did after the car crash which included google-gate. For himself, the club and fans he'd be better off avoiding media attention. It just creates a situation of cyclical negativity which will ultimately lead to his departure on poor terms.

Pochettino loves positivity and always harps on about mentality. This particular interview is a nothing really. In which he says he realises how short of match fitness he was and how right MP was. He lets himself down by coming across as having a right to play in the first team. In other words, he speaks as he thinks, not as a club ambassador.

Media and fans alike could twist anything he said to purpose.

Let him prove himself on the pitch. Best way to get fans on side.

Mental health concerns are apparent over a significant continuum. Being a “dick” could easily be one that falls within the personality-disordered range. We don’t all perform and behave in the same way.

It could be, I personally don't think it is in this case though.

If we are just going off these interviews only then imo he’s not said much wrong.

First one about players being underpaid- I agree

This one about be fuming as missing a huge match - that would be normal for any player.

He just needs to stop running to the papers every time there's a problem. The media will always try and twist it even when has done no wrong.

Fuming is a strong way of putting it. He may well have been fuming but don't say that, just say disappointed because the media will make something out of nothing even more so now he said fuming as that is a strong word to use.

That united performance last night is why I would be as fuming as a half fit Danny Rose was being left out of the NLD if we sold him to them. By far their weakest part of the team. Would be ridiculous to strengthen it selling them Rose

He didn’t though because that’s insinuates a lot more than the examples I put

But you said it doesn't really mstter, suggesting it doesn't matter what he said. Surely you can see saying fuming is far more evocative than saying gutted or disappointed.

Went ape shit insinuating he went nuts. Fuming just mean he was angry. He also goes on to say it was probably the right decision.

It’s another complete non story imo

I agree. Also could be read as being at Spurs for so long knows how big the NLD is and having missed so many big games was desperate tot play in one of the biggest games in the fixture calendar

No one will be standing in his way mate. This is the same situation as it was with Walker. Come the Summer, as long as the fee is met he will be gone. If an OTT bid comes in in January it will be sooner.

He seemed hugely committed in the CL Trix. I, for one, hope you're off on this one.

Kinda weird how much this is mirroring the Walker situation, as least looking at it from the outside.
