There doesn't have to be intent at all, if he scores with his hand - regardless of if he was fondling his cock at the time, it shouldn't count. The referee made exactly the right decision and anybody that disagrees with his call is wrong.

The offside rule stipulates that only body parts that you can score with can be called offside, if your hands/arms can't be offside, you can't score with them either - regardless of whether you do so accidentally.

For defenders if the ball hits the hand only if its intentional it should be a penalty.

For attackers if it hits the hand and goes in the net regardless if it's intentional or not shouldn't count.

Sounds contradictory but this is how it should be.

It should, that's also how it is as far as I'm aware?

Don’t agree with the first bit. 99% of handballs arnt intentional so if what you said was true then you’d never have any penalties for handball. If your arms are in an unnatural position (high up) and you are far away from where the opponent has kicked the ball (5m or so) and it hits your hand it should be a penalty. Obviously, if your arms are by your side and your opponent is literally inches away from you and kicks it right at your hand it shouldn’t be a penalty

It's ridiculous that the rules don't just say that you can't score a goal with your hand.

So a goalkeeper can't score an own goal if it comes of his hand first if we used that exact wording? ;)

How the fuck is that not handball, intent or not the attacking player is gaining an unfair advantage because his hand diverted the trajectory of the ball, it's blatantly handball.

I think it is legal to score with your cock, unless it ricochets of the hand while fondling.
Opens up another can of worms that debate though, seeing as most Liverpool fans are indeed W"""ers

Sensational as an attacking force again yesterday...when they play with that much collective confidence they're scarily good.

Shame Defoe didn't score instead of hitting the post...could have made things interesting...

Had some beers last night with a Liverpool fan who I thought was fairly sane in terms of football but no, seems I was wrong.

Couldn't acknowledge how we've been a better team than them for a decade born out by the league placings. They really are delusional.
