Second half will be a huge test for Poch and team.. surely we can put up a better fight.. if not might aswell just throw in the towel for the season

Clever fouls from city aggressive pressing which we are not able to match.need to press much more as a team and more confident in possession.

I've never joined the bandwagon with winks like most on this forum. He's very tidy but mostly sideways and backwards.

Going in 1-0 isn't bad, we are still in the game. An absolute shocker of a set piece to concede. We are struggling with De Bruyne mega press and Sane finding acres of space

Still in this game however

I really thought Madrid was his stepping out performance. He was so confident but now he just looks shot. Certainly an issue going forward

you so call supporters on here kill me , city are atm best club side in Europe if not world football , we are missing our club talisman in Tolby our steel in victor who allows deli more freedom to roam and link the play with kane and also missing sanchez who was part of a tremendous back three , please will you give the lads some slack .

4 at the back with no obvious DM. Could well be another Poch blunder in a big game. Hope not.

So clearly the wrong formation by Poch. Trying to go toe to toe with city it’s embarrassing he can’t see it. Southampton and West Ham put up a better show than we have playing 352.

Nice to see the referee letting the little things go, you know the kind of thing, kicking people in the face and no red card.
But do you know what, we're going to win this.

I don't see how we can complain on that front, city could and should have had a penalty.

There is a clear bias from officials for the money sides in this league, it’s as obvious as a slap in the face.

And yet people think we don’t have a problem with our officials.
Oh come on nothing do with ref tonight.

Dare I suggest we should have started with Sissoko and had him support Trippier?

Lamela and Aurier would be a start I assume? Alli and Trips off.

Drop Eriksen into a tighter 3 with Winks and Dembele.

Don’t get the comparison? Winks is a ball player Parker was a destroyer. Winks has been off form for a few weeks now, if he is not keeping possession and ticking the play over? What is he doing? Sissoko has pace power strength and athleticism, he will/would have offered more than winks in this game

I see a lot of diagonal/backwards passes and a bunch of pirouettes, but not a lot of creativity.

They don’t have any standards mate, this league is rotten to the core, from the money polluting it to the shit standard of officiating.

Don’t hold your breath.
I agree.. Its just disgusting how low the officials can get to, even to being spineless and Ball-less.

Sane has so much space. We have to do something about it or we're going to get destroyed in the 2nd half.
