Can't watch any more of this debacle. The players haven't really shown up today to compete. And I think the manager has made some mistakes with team selection and in game management. All of them should lower their heads in shame at this display. They've let down the fans and each other. Yes, I get City are good. Great in fact. But that doesn't mean you shouldn't be getting the basics wrong. Absolutely shocking.

How many fucking times can a team attack down one side before a manager does something about it? Shuttling Son out there to try to pin them back on that side obviously did not work, so why the fuck has Poch not done anything else to stem the tide?

Against opponents of this quality Trippier is more of a death sentence than a mere liability, but it's ultimately Poch who is the problem for enabling it in the first place.
Yep. Lamela should have been on at HT on that side.

I wouldn't have played Trippier against one of the most inform wingers currently.
I would have made a sub at HT
Alli/Eriksen/Dembele any of them could have been replaced by Lamela or Llorente for example
Poch just sat there and watched that 2nd goal coming and done fuck all
He is a great coach and I'm not a poch out fan but his in game tactics need improvement big time, we could all see that goal coming, why couldn't he?
I actually agree with all of that.
If you read his book he says he doesn’t like changing until late on as it can damage players confidence over the season but surely if it’s not working just fucking change it?
I think they are a better team than us but agree poch got it wrong today for sure

If that's the case we might aswell not bother with rest of champ league
But there is no team better than City at the moment in it and we are not at our best. If we get Victor back and with Sanchez in the side we are much more solid

The difffernce between where we are and where we want to be has lengthened considerably this season. I feel like this team/squad peaked last season.
Yes - we're missing Toby and Victor.
But we've fallen behind in other departments....full backs, Dembele, Sissoko being a solution? etc.
The MoPo project is alive...but...is currently predictable crap and he is being predictably stubborn. To Coaches like Pep Guard and Jose Moh ....we must seem so predictable and naive.

Wafer thin squad. Lose Wanyama - we’ve no presence in midfield, lose Alderweireld - we’ve no leadership at the back. If we lose Kane again - we’ll never score lol.
Wafer Thin?

Poch doesnt like big squads

Really disappointed, we could have given City a game if we had played with any sort of spine and mental strength. Most of our players have been choke artists.
