It would endear many more fans to other Clubs if their managers were honest, shared views on the proceeding ninety minutes that reflected what ninety odd percent of the fans who have watched the game had actually seen.

Wenger, Jose, Klopp should take a leaf out of Dyche's book, as for Conte no fucker can understand a word he utters anyway so we can safely discount him.

And one day referees will apologise for making stupid decisions that actually change people's lives.

There is no doubt that Alli spends too much time on the floor, but it was a blatant penalty today and I wish they’d just shut up about it.

The two ex footballers said it was, the ref in the studio said it was. I don’t care what Jake fucking Humphrey of some bias dickheads on twitter say.

The only reason they are even debating it is because it’s Dele.
@yankspurs said it was a dive too and dele will be suspended, and he's never reactionary or knee jerk about anything...

He didnt miss, his attempt were on target but was saved. There is a difference. Would you be so scathing had that been another player?
I wouldn't try logic and reason with some this lot, who like to stay in their world of scapegoats to make up for their own inadequacies.

To be fair Humphrey did say after winding up Jenas and Gerrard that it's his job to play devil's advocate. So he was clearly instructed to push the subject by BT.

I think we are all in agreement that much more was made of it than was necessary.

Surprise surprise, Sissoko misses a 100 % chance. Sigh. Can't Poch tell him to practice some shooting
He's matching Zokora and Freund when it comes to shooting. I think those are the 3 best footballers who can't shoot a ball.
How does he compare to Dembélé, who doesn't actually shoot? Or a number of players who missed the target from closer, such as Son? He placed the ball on both occasions, but the goalie saved them. Which part of that scenario did you find difficult?

Klopp is honest and Conte easy to understand.

I am not the only one who's noticed how poor Sissoko is at shooting. And if you'd been watching a few games you would have noticed it as well.
Dembele, when he shoots, certainly shoot better.
I did already point of that Son's blast over the goal was worse than Sissoko's miss.
Yes, Sissoko did place the ball - at the goalie. When he got the second chance he placed the ball straight at Pop who was already on the ground, and Sissoko had "plenty" of time to aim (higher). So, no, I did not find that difficult to comprehend at all.

Good post-match interview by Dyche to be fair

A very good interview. Lot of respect for him. Forget the Spurs praise - it was a very clear analysis of the various incidents and changing time. Clearly a very intelligent person.

Also a lot of respect for JJ. Very clear objective intelligent analysis. The question on "should Dele Alli take the emotional charge out of his game" and his response that he wished that he himself had a bit more of it as a player and the reasons why. Good pundits these days.

He placed it to the goalie's right on the first occasion, the second he tried and got it through the goalie's legs. His shooting is poor, but not really worse than Dembélé. He lacks confidence, but I was glad that he hasn't hidden and went forward in the first place. He got the assist for Kane's second. The fact that some players thrive despite some of our so-called fans shows their mettle.

Both are worth listening to, as are Kieron Dyer and Charlie Adams.

I know he should have scored, but in the end he hit the target with sufficient power both times, in reality, he didn't have the finesse to score a one on one and a better finisher would have lifted it nicely.

Son's miss was so much worse.
