Brilliant game, both teams played their part. Southampton are a decent outfit, clear problems there but I hope they sort it out and stay up. Compared to a lot of the anti-football teams that show up, they have some players that are actually worth watching.

lol at people moaning about conceded goals...Christmas matches are always a bit goofy. We scored 5, 3 points on the board, and Harry's got a hattrick and the goals record. Now bugger off and get pissed and enjoy the rest of your holidays!

Prawn Sandwich brigade booing Eriksen because he didn’t take a free kick the way they wanted.

I mean don’t get me wrong it was a stupid decision but booing? Really?

Support was shocking at Wembley today.

He's been making costly errors for quite a while now. His decision making is so skittish at the moment, he looks to be lacking confidence, which is strange given he's one of our most experienced players.
If he's lacking confidence, I don't think dropping him will help. I'd bet he's made a lot less mistakes than any outfield player. But because he's a keeper he has to be beyond reproach.

A great way to sign off 2017. Shame Lloris could not stop two soft goals, especially on his birthday. Harry Kane is just unstoppable. COYS!!!!

Being beaten at the near post has always been a weakness of Hugo. I just can't understand why he can't be trained to stay on his feet instead of diving and just parry it with his feet. Like Peter Smeichel did and de Gea does.

Anyway, fantastic result! COYS

Entertaining, but a bit of a strange one in terms of performance. I thought we were much much better performance-wise in the first half, waaaaaaay sloppier in the second half (it could have easily been 2-1 early after HT remember) yet scored more goals as both teams kind of gave up on the defensive aspects of the game.

For the meat and drink of the game though we played pretty well, especially our attacking players who in the last couple of games have had a better work rate before we even get to better quality with the ball.

Let's hope it continues and we can string some results and momentum together again.

Poch needs to show a video of someone binning a croissant, or whatever it is that upsets a Frenchman, to Lloris before games. Get him fired up a bit.
