I will be ashame as spammers fan TBH.. They can attack with intent, but they chose to sit back for 85 minutes of the match.. If Moyes is any good, he should set up his team to play. They could have won it, especially seeing Sissoko was playing, we were so defensive minded and Poch is so passive.

All in all, everything about that club from top down to fans are dumb.

Can’t agree mate. They are awful.

They come out and play football tonight they lose 5-0. Moyes played the correct game.

When Noble is considered your dictator of play, you have no chance

Frustrating very frustrating. Ground lost on that top 4 race and that's mostly down to Poch with his utter inability to be proactive and change things when it's needed.

Sick of giving them shits something to smile about

The trouble there is that these standards are as biased and agenda riddled as they are accused of themselves. Who’s standards? Who sets them? I mean, they talk bullshit game in, game out, whoever the game is between, But the idea that they do it just to us.........well, that’s ridiculous

Definitely not just against us - I'd say they generally favour the underdog. It was particularly bad today though.

At least it wasn't sissoko that failed to close that twat down for the goal :cautious:

I love poch but playing him against bus Parkers is plain daft

As for Tyler or any other talking head, why the fuck do any of you listen to the shit he or any of them spout?

Mute the fucking TV and commentate yourselves, you'll swear more in your own living room than you would in this match day thread.

The guy is a class A bellend. Easier to ignore than to keep listening too.

Poch left it too late to make any changes that should have taken place at half time. Why do we find it so difficult to beat a very weak team like the the Spammers?. It has happened on a few occasions of late.

What a rugby team Whu are as well. Literally every man behind the ball all game. As soon as you get a chance, kick for touch as high up the field as you can get it. Then all regroup and back into the defensive line. And repeat. Over and over. How do you even support that style?

More than one way to skin a cat. When you have 11 inferior players, you set the team up a certain way.

They didn’t deserve a point but we allowed them one

Look I can handle making an error in selecting your starting 11, however I cannot accept his lack of accountability in waiting to the 74th minute to make a substitution where it was obvious that we needed some guile and something special to beat a team that had one primary objective, to defend. let's be honest, Sissoko should ave been subbed after 30 minutes.

It's been a good xmas period for us but that is a massive two points dropped.

Still plenty of football left in this season but its going to be bloody tough to get top 4.

Just remember everyone.., Wembley. Don’t get above yourselves, we’re not playing at home, the stadium is shit. I hate excuses but I do acknowledge reasons.

Keep on supporting Poch. Keep it real. Frustrating against them but it is what it is. Also.. 2 days rest.

The bit people aren't grasping is that teams park the bus because (shock incoming) it works, it makes it hard and all teams except the money team struggle. If it wasn't almost always effective why would teams still do it?

In fact we were doing quite well at breaking them down, we created multiples chances, had two shots cleared off the line and hadmultiple penalty shouts. Poch could've made a sub but that's not why we drew I have yet to see anything since he's come back to suggest Lamela would've taken that game by the scuff of the neck and definatly won it for us, he's still not even 100% fit
It's about giving yourself the best possible chance to break them down. To do that you have to move the ball quickly. Before the 70th minute we didn't get Dele and Eriksen involved enough in dangerous positions.

I'm not saying we were awful but I just think we could have done better and it's frustrating that Poch played a centre back and Sissoko as our midfield against a team where you have to keep things ticking along.

Mate if you see them play often it’s literally all the time. Home or away. They are a rugby side who like to hoof and header. And hoof and header. And hoof and header. They’re fucking awful for the game.

I was going to go to bed and read his book.

But I won't bother now.

I'm that angry with Poch. He simply can' be defended.

This thread never ceases to amaze me. We had 31 shots, Kane was probably his most wasteful in front of goal...

But let’s blame Sissoko and Dier.

31 shots, 72% possession, but we put this on the whipping boys.

Some proper lemons in here.

Annoying thing is, away to Liverpool soon and no real home advantage against United and Arsenal.

Top 4 could be done within 4 games.

Need at least 6 points from them games now
