Maybe i just don't remember, but please tell which situations were clear penalties?

We were poor and had it coming. Not really the ref's fault

That result is on Poch tonight. Too slow to make a sub and try to change the game. We were never getting through that wall of caravans. Why did he only decide to make a change when we went a goal down?

I get we had less than 48 hours since Swansea away but surely he could see we weren't getting anywhere.

Should have had 2 penalties as well.

Christ, Mark Noble epitomizes everything about that shite bag club, 1-0 up with 5 minutes to go and he's not disappointed to win. Loser attitude. Loser club

What do you mean?? Didn’t you see Llorentes goal against Swansea was offside? And that Sanchez could have had a second yellow?

And today we had the bad luck.

Did you see that Sanchez's first yellow was beyond a joke and llorente was ruled out for offside when clean through even though he was onside. Add a blatant push on Alli in the box.

Amidst all the Poch angst, hats off to Sonny again, cracking goal and thoroughly glad he keeps showing up with goals - in this instance a big goal - to rescue a point.

10 out of 12 through Christmas and New Year. Well done

Have there been any replays of the penalty shout at the end? We're they founded or optimistic

Mate if you see them play often it’s literally all the time. Home or away. They are a rugby side who like to hoof and header. And hoof and header. And hoof and header. They’re fucking awful for the game.

I’m not a fan of that style but there’s no right way to play the game.

They do seem to be full of big lumbering donkeys who can shift a bit and of course, the biggest two divers in football in Lanzini & Chicharito

A little unfair of you say that imo. I think it boils down to how passionate our fans are or not in some cases about winning our games, especially against the likes of those bubble blowing gippos. This "Oh well nevermind" attitude of some on here is just as embarrasing I think. Anyway that's just my opinion.
Nah, some people handle disappointment better than others, nothing embarrassing about that.
We all wanted to win mate.

You got some statistical evidence to back that up?

2 games in 2 days and we battered them, you cannot account for a goal like that, i don't even think he was trying to score.

Subs should have been earlier though.

Shabby from Poch. I get that Sissoko has fresh legs, but he could rather have come on when we were leading and act as a counter attacking outlet. He spent his second half more or less as a narrow right back to allow us to push Aurier up the field.

Meaning that we had Dier, Sanchez, Vertonghen and Sissoko more or less behind the ball to deal with Hernandez and a billion long clearances. Any of Lamela, Llorente, Dembele would have been more useful.

Fuming that it took 70 minutes and a goal back to change things up.

And today we had the bad luck.

Sanchez 1st foul was never a boking
Linesman called offside for Llorente when he was through on goal
Van der Hoorn should have been sent off with two yellow card offences
2 pens turned down

I suggest you watch the match in full again and don't listen to the media.

There was the pullback on Kane, the Adrian foul on Alli, Alli's boot being kicked in almost exactly the same fashion that saw Chelsea given a penalty yesterday, and the shout for handball at the death (although they never showed a replay of that so I can't be sure). On another day we easily could have been awarded four penalties.

But I also understand your point. Dean may not have done us any favors whatsoever, but Poch absolutely could have and should have changed things long before he did. Ultimately it was our own plodding performance that cost us most.

No, no, no. We’ve got fast and direct. Neither are as helpful against bus Parker’s as IQ, guile and composure.

Which is all the more baffling as to why Lamela is kept on the bench for 75 mins yet the human pointer sissoko is kept on. anyone with an ounce of sense could see he didn't need to be on the pitch.

we'll remember this come may when we've pissed away our top four chances.

We were better than them across the pitch for 90 mins. A freakish goal and the age old spurs problem of not taking chances, and trying to play through a packed box instead of being more direct or imaginative. Plus we had to fight our way to a punishing win literally 48 hours ago.

Bullshit night in general IMO.

I don't ever want to see poch pair sissoko with dier in midfield again especially against a bottom side at home, really poor choice of team selection for me that's why I think poch has to take his share of the blame. i also don't think he has done a very good job of rotating the fullbacks.

Doesn’t fit with the sky narrative for this one. Absolutely all over West Ham tonight, virtually cheering their decisions and cheering for them

Why on earth replace Sissoko with Wanyama ?

Why buy Llorente if you are not going to bring him on with 20 left in a game like this ?

Alli and Eriksen slowed everything down tonight.

The buck stops with Poch no question on this one.

I've watched it a few times on rewind. IMo it hits his arm as he turns to block the shot. It did come damn fast though so I think ball to arm is a fair shout.

Well then we probably agree, obviously we could have played better and poch could've made the sub sooner I just can't stand how ott some of the poch criticism is, whether you think he should've made a sub sooner or not there's no way this result is "100% on poch" as I always see people say, that's just ridiculous
Poch picks the team.
Poch makes the subs.
And Poch instructs the team how to play.
So if we go out with 2 defensive midfielders and a back 4 against a bus parking team, play with no urgency and dont make subs until far too late.... well thats down to Poch mate imo.
Bloody ridiculous not blaming him frankly.
