That still doesn't say he was signed without Poch's approval.
There's another quote where he says that he was on holiday. Maybe, someone can find it. The quote mentioned that Levy thought he could improve him. That may suggest that he was cajoled about the transfer as he didn't get the player wanted (Zaha).

It doesn't suggest anything.

Look, when the goal went in, I was blaming Lloris until I got home. To say that they should have closed him down is all hindsight, because no one expected that from him. I think they thought he was going to cross and so took up positions accordingly; Sanchez turned his head away. It was just a bloody good and very hard shot; it didn't even swerve. Your argument is like saying that Geoff Boycott should've kept out Michael Holding in THAT over in Sabina Park; but the fact is that the final ball was just too fast.

But he obviously did click he was going to shoot hence why he decided to try and block the shot. I’m saying he was slow to do that, or in your words realise he wasn’t going to cross, and the actual attempt of a block was poor too.

He’s fucking massive, it’s a derby, he should be throwing himself at it. He didn’t.

Noble did the same to Son, thankfully.

So, wouldn't you expected a jellied-eel-eating Cockney Wanker like Noble to throw himself more than Sissoko in a LONDON DERBY?

I’d expect all players to do it. In any game, not just derbies.

If I was West Ham I’d be pissed off at Noble too.

Well, both he and Sanchez went for the ball in the end, but it beat them. They should have closed him down earlier, but that's hindsight.
