Always had a thing for him; wanted him to come here. He started well there, but has completely tailed off and looks lost and has no confidence.

If it’s true that he’s not used to playing this much football then it’s probably one reason why he is struggling. That and his fragile confidence.

If teams keep the ball from getting to hazard then this Chelsea team will struggle over the rest of the season if they bring no further strikers in this window.

Let's face it, the only way we will feel any love for what's left of this competition this season is if Bristol City upset all the odds and win it !

Morata could also be tired, not just physically but mentally. He may be 25 years old, but in football terms Morata is far younger. This is the first season that he has led the line for any top-flight club. By half-time in Chelsea’s next league game (assuming he starts), the striker will have passed his highest ever top-flight total of minutes in a league season.

From Football 365s write-up after yesterday's game. It seems obvious to me that this is a big factor.

Bristol v Manchester

A tale of two cities.

I think this time Bristol are getting done big time.

City in their 3rd kit. Shame we haven't chosen to wear ours more this season, as much as I like the away kit too,

Would love to see a Bristol City win, but then I remembered that it virtually guarantees a trophy for Chelsea or Arsenal and proceeded to vomit

Yeah I had this thought earlier, feels dirty but City have got to get through, then ideally Chelsea smashing Arsenal tomorrow, then losing in the final to City.
City Winning it means nothing in the grand scheme of things.

Danny Mills onthe BBC being surprised they gave Graham Scott the refereeing gig cos he's "controversial".

I thought his reffing of the Chelsea/Norwich game was the best I'd seen in many a year. VAR agreed that his call on Willian wasn't "clearly a major error". And he got every other call right.

Fuck off. We should be talking about Chelsea players disgusting cheating - not the ref!

Bristol City have now scored 13 goals against Premier League teams this season - only one fewer than Swansea.
