If our players and coaching staff don't realize that Pool will play similar to this when we go there then they will be derelict in their duties. They will want revenge for that Wembley thrashing.

No fucking way do we come out at Anfield gung-ho again like last season. You have to be pragmatic and hit them on the counter. Mane and Salah will tear us to shreds if we come out at them. Want to see the same tactics we played against them at Wembley from Poch.

Liverpool look locked on for 2nd place now. They've stopped the daft results against the smaller teams and are always good in the big games.
The Everton and WBA draws were in December, not that long ago. Despite five wins from the last six if they win now all they need is one wobble and they can hit a sticky patch again.

How a miracle?

Lpool have played well today but they've got lucky aswell, I could still see them dropping points.

Also I don't get this 'anfield' thing, it literally mean nothing. Who cares if we haven't won there that many times in 100 years or whatever, the current team have lost one and drawn one (not that it impacts anything at all). Whoever plays better on the day will win.

It's not the Anfield thing I am worried about, it's us playing a crucial game that could possibily be the difference between us finishing top four or not and not turning up for the occassion or letting the fear of this result get to us.

They will drop points but not enough for them to drop out of the top four imo, longest unbeaten run under Klopp, they are improving and only getting better.

Pep won't be happy with this result.

City's next opponents are Newcastle at the Etihad

Real Madrid away is the blueprint for me. We have to keep it tight and counter, it's the only way.

They got a little help from City's centre backs and keeper to be fair.
No idea what stones was doing for the second.
Fernandinho?? Passing it straight to mane for the third
Ederson coming out of his box and smacking it straight to salah for the fourth.

All really bad errors

Indeed clear the danger instead of sticking to Pep's ideology. If in doubt hoff it out and allow the team to breath.

Everyone had draws over Christmas.

He's done it by spending money but Klopp has built a very good team there and with Can Dijk they'll be better defensively now (even though they've actually not been that bad recently).

A lot of bitterness towards them in here but nobody can deny they've been excellent today and are probably the second best team in the country at the moment.
