Even City getting it back to 3 changes the dynamics of this result. If it ended 4 - 1 the players would have been singing and dancing, as it is they feel they have got away with one. Must be tough being a team that can score 4 and still be at risk of not winning.

Could have done without that, but fair play to Liverpool, they made City look vulnerable by getting in their faces and pressing them, something 99% of Prem teams are too scared to do.

Having said that, Liverpool are perfectly set up to play a team like City, it's the bus parkers who they have struggled against at times this season, and let's hope that doesn't change any time soon.

We are 3 points (most likely 6 by tomorrow) behind United. Reckon we've got more chance of finishing above them than Liverpool but Mourinho will have his bus parked at Wembley no doubt.

Fuck Liverpool and City quite frankly, Liverpool because of the attitude of the club, manager and their supporters and the fact they are spending ludicrous amounts of money.

City because they have sucked the soul out of football with their spending as well, both examples of the reason football has become such a lifeless corpse compared to years gone by.

Bad ending, city won’t be demoralised now. They will take heart from that late comeback and Liverpool have massive momentum. Only positive is that city won’t be unbeaten.

Awesome game though. Can’t wait to move into the new stadium and thrash a big team with that kind of atmosphere, just can’t seem to get that kind of noise in Wembley (no set of fans could).

I have faith that the Stoke players will pick themselves up now that Sparky's out and give United a game.

Blind faith, of course.

Cracking game of footy that. Let’s now knock Chelsea out of the top 4.

City would be mad to let Sanchez slip through their fingers. I’d rather see him there than Utd.
