If a team outside of the top 4 wins the CL or EL they get a spot in the CL, it doesn't matter if they finish 5th or 20th.

Chelsea have a big problem because Conte doesnt trust Batshuayi & Morata is missing chances. United will eventually fall apart seeing how City are doing overall. Livberpool are in great form...but IMO, with no Coutinho if one of Salah or Firmino or Mane gets injured, it will get tough for them.

Same holds true for us interms of injury. But as long as Toby is back fit in next 2 weeks, we should be ok. Wanyama back has already made a huge difference for us.

Plus only a few weeks now until Toby hopefully returns. Arguably we haven't had our best side all season. Liverpool were excellent today, but people are talking shit when they're acting like they're well beyond us. If they are so much better why do they only have a three point advantage? With Wanyama and Tobes back we will probably up our game to last year's level and if that happens then I think the top four could be any of the 2-5th placed teams. Even United aren't leagues better and I think their season depends on whether or not they strengthen this month.

We need Toby back for the United match.
From the end of January to the end of February is going to be like hell, with the fixtures we have coming up.
Anyone know anything more about his Injury?

Given that Rose, Alderweireld and Wanyama's injuries have overlapped we haven't been able to put our best team out once yet this season.

Why? To me all it means is that we need to get 4 points more than them over the final 15 games.

In our own hands simple as that. If we don’t get it we probably don’t deserve it. The top 6 games will be critical. 3 pts from a possible 15 so far.i’d say we need 10pts from the next 15 available. Any less we won’t get top 4 and nobody to blame but ourselves.

We are 3 points off of Chelsea who are not in the best of form at the moment and with gooners losing today things are not too bad, yes our away form at any of the top teams is wank to put it mildly.
We are nearly back to full strength just need Toby to come back and we will be so if we can get going on a run that we are capable of we are very much in this race, who knows we may just get a win at Chelsea this year and or Liverpool as long as the team believes then it can happen.

Chelsea have a very easy next 4 fixtures, but look completely bereft of ideas going forwards at the moment.

Arsenal now 8 points off 4th. Unless things change in the next few weeks, they will be starting to prioritise Europa League as per Man Utd did last year.

You cant believe every news stories on them. Even if they both sign, Wenger will fuck it up with his ridiculous training methods & tactics.

We get stronger in the second half of the campaign so i believe we very much in the race for 2nd still. We need Toby and Rose back and to stay injury free and we will be okay.
But like many have said the key games are coming up in the next month. Minimum if a draw at Liverpool and wins against United and Arsenal are a must.

Yeah. Their winning the Europa League and getting the Champions League that way is the ultimate doomsday scenario for us, but it's one I can definitely see happening unfortunately.
