I'll stop you there. That "but" is going to get you banned when A&C sees it.

You've effectively said "I know twitter isn't allowed so I won't quote it verbatim but I'll still initiate a discussion on it".

Twitter being banned doesn't mean just quoting it. It means making reference to or talking about it in here.

Unless it’s jj of course.

ali z:
Small update - not doubting anyones info but as of this morning I was told and will repeat exact words " RS we want now, even if we loan back, Fulham just saying not yet, looking at youngsters but don't expect anything major"
As for contracts it was always the case we would increase as many as we could by as much as we can as we moved closer to our new stadium.

I'd say this pretty much ties in with the other info more than anything.

RS buy and loan back would be fine by me, hopefully we can twist their arm. You could consider Maddison a 'youngster' too.

As for the nothing major, whilst I don't expect anything, it is possible he is out of the loop there as he was on Davinson (and probably Son too) so not all hope is lost.

What's the deal with Fulham then?. What would be so wrong with us signing RS now and loaning back?.

Maybe there aren't enough interested parties at the table at present for Fulhams liking, hoping for a bidding war come summer perhaps.

Makes sense if they aren't planning on spending this month unfortunately.

Or he is 17 at the moment. Agents can't receive a fee for players under 18 in the uk. Wouldn't effect fulham though.

You may well be right. But Fulham could just bank the money and spend in summer. ( I know that payments are usually all structured these days)

Yes his value between now and then could go up, but a bad injury could just as easily see it go down.

Either scenario, I'd suggest wouldn't make a massive impact on his fee.

However, as stated above, a bidding war with some of the other big hitters involved could see the fee rocket.

This is my belief. But I know sweet FA.

Again, you could be right. He looked after the club signing a pro contract, maybe looking after the agent.

All I will say AIA will not have any naming rights ;)
So, if the ITK in stadium section is accurate, taken with this surely it would mean us ending the AIA deal early? Wouldn’t have two financial organisations as key sponsors, would we?
Putting 2+2 together, surely that would make the new deal a biggie... could also add weight to the new deals being put together now. All sounding good!

I wont post it into here as Twitter isn't allowed, but a few of the larger Spurs accounts that seem to get info every now and then were implying that Toby had signed, and this ITK would seemingly corroborate that, good news.

Or they just get info from spurs forums and then report the news as their own...

The new Doctor Who's first words were "Oh, Brilliant" and since everything Herc says is clearly a cryptic that has to be deciphered I can only assume we've signed Jodie Whittaker as our new attacking midfielder and she's the stadium sponsor!:rolleyes: You people trying to solve every ITK crack me up.

Thanks for the update Herc. Enjoy the optimism!

Or Hercules is the Dr. Just think of the ITK you could get if you were a time traveller. Plus Hercules is an anagram of Her Clues.

Back to the actual ITK about contracts, hopefully it's Toby and Harry signing. And Dele. And Poch.

this would also tie into what Herc said about this a couple days ago...

"Guys & Gals! Listen up!
We have DONE business-Brilliant business(y):sneaky:

Will hear within the weeks, through to summer:p

I am excited as a true COYS! No funny emoticons neither :poop:"

Sessegnon looks to be a terrific player. But then Celtic's Kieran Tierney also looks to be a very good player. If Fulham are not so keen to make a transfer now we may very well move for Tierney. And maybe Sessegnon and Fulham would not be so happy in the longer run.

Pochettino has a well-earned reputation for developing players. And being a part of Tottenham Hotspur can bring an emerging player to the next level. We'll soon have a new stadium in which players will have a chance to shine - and (with Harry Kane and others) we have a squad that's young and challenging for the highest honours.

If I was Sessegnon I'd be pushing for a move now - because if it doesn't happen now it may not happen at all.

Sessegnon can play as a LW, not sure Tierney can play as a wide forward.
