Nice one Son to the tune of nice one Cyril almost got going against Everton. A good few hundred singing it but it didn’t quite catch on to the masses. If anyone deserves a song, it’s Son and a classic like that would be worthy.

That said, I like the one above too re the Xbox, but isn’t his name Son Heung-min? No idea if it’s a bit weird but isn’t it like singing about Kane Harry?

My 9 yr old can’t stop singing the Sissoko Bale song cos he heard people singing it the other day. He even knows it’s ironic. He just likes the tune.

Only one I can think of that Dougal has missed is:

Fuck 'em all
Fuck 'em all
United, West Ham, Liverpool
'Cos we are the Tottenham
We are the best
We are the Tottenham
So fuck all the rest

(Unfortunately used frequently by Chelsea and Arsenal too)

Nicola Berti should be sung a lot more frequently though, however. My favourite player song of all time!

The Nicola Berti song is probably the best song we`ve ever sung.
If only he`d been as good as his song.

If we could freely nick a tune from another club, then ‘Sonny’s on fire, your defence is terrified’ would be perfect. The tune brings atmosphere with it too, which is much needed at Wembley, but it’s probably too blatant a rip off considering it’s only used by one club for one player. Darn.

A couple of my mates who are Newcastle fans claim that song actually started there for Mitrović: "Mitro's on fire, your defence is terrified".

My old man said be an ar5ena1 fan
I said fuck off bollocks you're a ****
We took the north bank in half a minute
We took the shed with the Chelsea in it
We hammered the hammers with carving knives and spanners
We taught the Millwall how to fight
So I'll never be a runner coz every ****s a gunner
That's what I told my old man.

There was a song one back in the 80's about Charlie Nicholas (to the tune of Macnamara's band I think) that was massively homophobic and the who's that lying on the runway one is (quite rightly) seen as a disgrace now, but back then it was sung almost ritually when we played United. There's always gonna be poor taste songs :(

More recently the Posh Spice song was funny and amazingly, Jamie Redknapp had his own song.

Oh and back when standing was allowed, you started Knees Up Mother Brown on the shelf at your own risk :D It usually ended with everyone pogo-ing around giving everyone dead legs with their knees

I can't remember when this was sung, probably in the 80's too....something about being a poor little yiddo standing at the back of the shelf. I'll ask one of may mates, he'll know, he loves all that.

Taking my wife and 9yr old to Arsenal match.
Be delightful if we could get that going :cautious:

Another classic from years gone by...(to the tune of ‘we hate arsenal’)

Bertie Mee said to Bill Shankly
Have you heard of the north bank Highbury
Shanks said ‘No, I don’t think so
But I’ve heard of the Park Lane, Tottenham’.

Good old days, I remember singing this in the stands in the 60’s when I was minus 15 yrs old.

Think say Son full name is what will put people using it.

Just use “Sonny is the answer” instead

He’s only a poor little yiddo
He stands at the back of the shelf
And when he goes to the bar
To get a lager
He only gets one for himself

Elton John - Your Song

And you can tell everybody, he's Heung Min Song
it may be quite simple but now that he's on,
we hope you don't mind, we hope you don't mind, that we put down in words,
how wonderful Son is, when he plays for Spurs.

Cool for Cats...

He came from South Korea to play with Harry Kane
He couldn’t get into the team and get a fucking game
He thought I’ve had enough of this, I’ll have a word with Poch
You think I’m not good enough, you’d better bloody watch
In his second season he took it up a notch

And now he plays every week and he scores goals for fun
He fucking hates the Hammers and his name is Heung Min Son, it’s Heung Min…

HEUNG MIN SON!

You'll all remember the words, right?
