No they won't. Arsenal are a fucking dumpster fire. Get the very Spursy inferiority complex out of your head. We do that crap to ourselves. Arsenal have nothing to do with it. Half our fan base repeats this crap like it's a freaking mantra and it becomes a self fulfilling prophecy.

Thing is. I'e given it the Charlie big potatoes many times in my younger years and lived to rue it. When it's done and dusted, that's when I'll start gloating. Writing them off totally? Not me.

I'm Probably still hung up on old bias. Cant shake the old skool mentality and inferiority complex...!

I make you right on that - but this time I'm daring to believe....

Sanchez is/was a talisman player for them, he dragged them back into so many games despite his scabby cheating, diving and hand balling, it will take much more than a £50/60 mill player or a bionic Jack Wheelchair to continue in the same way (imho Wheelchair) is heading for the scrap heap and not the WC finals in the summer.

This time it feels different, their players are in turmoil, one churn too many in the team make-up - the fans are losing hope and suffering - long may they suffer.

The precious Emirates FA cup has already gone this year and they are 8 points off their annual target of 4th place in the PL.

It's a mini farm..... I couldn't possibly tell you about the various 'erbs I have planned,

Seriously though their next two matches could be very interesting in the scheme of things.

An all S.London derby with Palace at the Emirates tomorrow followed by the S v W London EFL cup
2nd leg.

Now I'm no lover of Chelsea either so I'll be watching and waiting, satisfied with the knowledge the Arse have a
free weekend when the 4th round is played in a weeks time.

Schalke midfielder Leon Goretzka will sign for Bayern Munich when his contract expires in the summer.

The 22-year-old Germany international has scored 14 goals in 101 Bundesliga appearances for Schalke and will join Bayern on a four-year deal.

Goretzka - who joined from VfL Bochum in 2013 - had reportedly attracted interest from clubs including Liverpool and Manchester United.

"We've done everything we can to keep Leon," said manager Christian Heidel.

"In the summer there was an agreement with him and his advisor. He still wanted time to wait for athletic development."

Karl-Heinz Rummenigge, Bayern Munich CEO, added: "We are very happy that Leon has decided, despite considerable competition from abroad, to sign for FC Bayern.

"This ensures he will remain in the Bundesliga."

How is that possible???
Is it just PL rules that you can't negotiate a Bosman to a club in the same league until 3 months before the contract expires?
That's why Arsenal are trying to get some money now for Sanchez and it's why Chelsea had to pay for Barkley.
Surely it's a standard UEFA rule.

No it's an English ruling, Sanchez can agree a pre-contract with an overseas club now but has to wait a few months to do the same with City or United.

Stupid and bizarre that it's not a UEFA standard.

Looks like Rafinha is going to Inter on loan with a compulsory fee of 35 mil euros if they get CL (which looks likely). Be really interested to see how he does, whilst not as talented as his brother Thiago he's still a quality player who has never really been given enough consistent game time at Barca. And in this day and age that's a bargain for him.

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang went and played 5-a-side in Dortmund tonight with his mates...while his team-mates were playing away at Hertha Berlin in the Bundesliga. Hmm. With an Ousmane Dembélé shirt on. Hmm. [BILD] pic.twitter.com/s8U12iAIHd

This guy is a real tool. He’ll fit in at the Emirates perfectly. Been rumours about their dressing room having massive cliques for a while. Hopefully he stirs the pot nicely.

United will pay a £20m transfer fee to Arsenal and £15m to the player’s agent Fernando Felicevich.

The Chilean forward will earn a £350,000-a-week wage plus an extra £100,000 a week for image rights over the course of a four-and-a-half-year contract.

He will also receive £7.5m a year for four years as a signing-on fee.
