So is Dembele, he is also pretty predictable in how he is going to go past a player, still extremely difficult to stop him doing it though.
But Moose is a freak.

And FWIW I think being super one-footed was a significant factor in hampering Coco's integration.

Just my instinct.

Davidson is extremely mature and very intelligent for his age and has an incredible 'Ledders-like' temperament.

I also think it's always more tricky for creatives as they have lots more pressure on them to produce 'magic'.

Prem is unique; it's a different proposition. Just think people need to hold back a little and give the boy room/space up-front instead of expecting him to instantly tear it up.

He's also extremely one footed from what I've seen and will get sussed quickly if he doesn't begin to add more scope.

I'm excited, but calm. Let me put it that way.

The one-footed-ness was my main concern from the youtube clips, but that's a small sample size.

The upside here is he would come in initially as a supporting role (boosting an already strong attack) rather than being expected to completely transform our attack, which is surely a less pressurised scenario.

Well the kid is obviously a highly rated young prospect who is rough round the edges as you would expect at 20 years old. The talent is there and if Poch feels he has the right attitude to make it here then let's get it done. The pay-off could be huge if he fulfills his potential.

If we signed him, we'd have signed another of world football's brightest young talents - like we did with Sanchez.

Should be; but I think people are going a little bit OTT on this guy right now. imvho

Im still really not sure he would be my choice at 40/50 mil or thereabouts and im sure we would have to pay more now considering how bad Bordeaux are at the moment. Im also not completely sold on his ability but it will be exciting to see how/if he can develop into a real player.

Are the 40/50 mil players you'd prefer still being valued at 40/50 mil?

I think that's just general excitement at a potential signing!

I'd say Mislintat identifying him as one of his first targets for the goons is also a promising sign.

Doing obligatory youtube clips research. His passing ability is surprisingly, really good vision. Very willing to pass forward and to try through balls

Does this become herc's 'signature' ITK if it comes off? The way it's panning out he's been on point thus far.

As always with Spurs the fee will be the tricky bit though...

Yeah that’s actually the main part of his game. For so long I have wanted us to sign another winger who actually has a football brain.

Worth pointing out that his wages would be significantly lower than Lucas Moura's. The difference in transfer fee will be made up in wages saved.

Did not see this coming.

I previously posted that we may have baulked at the price considering that it's a gamble to take any player from Ligue 1, particularly based on our recent track record. That said, we proved with Sanchez that we're doing our due diligence on players and this price range seems to be where we're comfortable compared with the city's and united's etc.

I'm certainly excited and intrigued but equally I'm not going to get too carried away. Expect this to be a deal done now ready for the summer window and he'll be joining up with us nice and early for a proper pre-season. Either way that's the right thing to be doing with any of our targets.

I can’t see Sissoko leaving, Foyth definitely needs to be CL registered in case of emergency (imagine if Dier or Vertonghen had picked up an injury while all of Wanyama, Alderweireld and Sanchez were unavailable recently), and Lamela is taking Nkoudou’s spot I imagine. If there is fire behind this smoke I can only imagine that Gazzaniga will lose his CL spot and our third keeper in Europe will be a yoof.

Alternatively we could just be getting him for the summer.
