I'm sorry if the word agenda bothers you but it bothers me when people twist our managers words to fit their 'opinion'. I've seen a number of people in this thread saying "oh well is sissoko an 8/10? hehe got you there poch" when everyone can clearly see that's not what he meant.

Yep I agree he's made some mistakes but to say "he's continually not walked his talk" is just wrong. You can say his level of youth intergration hasn't backed up his reputation but you can't say he's terrible at it, there's a middle ground which people never seem able to find.

Yep some of these are his failures. I'd argue Prichard, we just couldn't offer him the game time he wanted at that time but yeah I would've like to see onomah in CM although the questions about his mentality are worrying. However it would be wrong to miss out that he's intergrated winks to a key first team player, he took mason from a player with a few failed loan spells to a starter for us so whilst he's not perfect it's unfair to say he has no merit

We hardly spend all the money we have but I get your point. I don't think poch is perfect in this area but I also don't think he's as bad as many in here believe and the only reason I got back involved in this debate is that I think it's turning from questioning pochs academy credintials to a kind of just poch is shit with the academy, which is fine but then I can also think that's stupid

Seems that since the crash nick suffered from whiplash but then started getting pain in his stomach which they couldn't find the cause for. They've now found out (i think around boxing day) that the problem was actually coming from his neck. I was a bit pissed by this time so didn't go into too much detail. My mate hasn't seen nick or his dad for a couple of weeks so don't know really any more than that.

No he couldnt, at that time Poch would only play with a DM, Wanyama wasnt fully fit and Dier was need in CM

Also West ham isnt a north london derby also we didnt have much attacking options then either hence why we had a bench full of defenders and onomah. Alli had a knee injury and miss the international games days before whilst Son had just come back from korea having played 90mins, hence why Janssen started as well against west ham with kane.

It's odd. Poch's philosophy has always been a tight squad of senior players, boosted by a number of talented academy players snapping at their heels. We haven't really got that this year - very unlikely that any academy player even has a chance as a substitute. I think this has something to do with our poorest form for 2-3 years. Senior players just don't feel pushed 100% of the time by ambitious youngsters who could take their place.

I think it's time that Poch goes back to his philosophy that he's had a lot of success from.

What I know is the first on the left is Max Tainio? Then Jamie Bowden? in the center(next to the Afro guy)

I believe most of them are U16?

We don't know the full squad yet but Parker said in his interview that we are the youngest squad there.

I'm looking forward to see Lloyd-Bennet. not sure if he's there or not
