I think we are overreacting a bit, they’re not a bad team and we’ve been on a good run since December. We need to step up over the next month or so and beat most of the other big teams.

They’re in the bottom 3

Nah I’m trying not to shit myself like nearly everyone else does in a match thread when we don’t win. If I wanted likes I’d say we were shit and Sissoko is a fucking wanker.
At least you'd be correct if you said that

Looking more and more likely we're gonna have to win the CL to be in it in our first season in our new stadium. Massive shame and in my opinion it is a huge underperformance from this side and manager to not get top 4.
How in gods name did you come to that conclusion, considering the resources of the teams we're competing with?

Let's face it, in a time like this after drawing 1-1 and facing instadoom, objectivity isn't in the fore front of peoples thoughts.

That was a diabolical performance. I just read someone mentioning the break in Barcelona.. actually mentally I agree. Why aren’t we taking them to Iceland to make themselves feel that the next match is a walk in the rain soaked park.

I think that result is on Poch. His decision to take off Son and bring on Lamela was awful. Apart from Kane and Vorm everyone’s about a 4/10 imo.

Really, really poor.

Some of you need to get a grip ffs.

We had a bad game. It happens

All the moaning and dooming is embarrassing
When we have bad performances, people are gonna comment on it, Oz.

The game wasn't something that happened to us; we helped create it.

The part we played was awful.

We should have won that. Bad decision making by poch - up front and at HT - cost us.

He didn't give us the best chance to execute.

Saying that, if there's Novovirus, or whatever, going through the squad, then I take it all back.

If all were fit for purpose out there today, tough, they deserve a smacked arse.

Why do we consistently piss away our chances for any chance of progress? Just when a potential opportunity opens up for us to create a distance between us and those below, or close the gap above us, we absolutely shit the bed. Every. Single. Time
Complete bollocks, we have constantly been in situations this season and previous seasons where we play after the other teams have won and we win our game, what is actually the case is that the others ahead of us are winning a lot of games this season and we dropped a good number of points earlier in the season especially at home and given how the teams above us more often that not win it puts a lot of pressure on us to keep up with them.

We didn’t play well today and it was a poor result but we didn’t bottle it or not take an opportunity it was just a game we didn’t win end of.

If? Massive outsiders for the top 4 - All four of the current incumbents are much better than us.

Why every time we drop points do I have to read this shit?!

Chelsea couldn’t score for 3 games up until yesterday, who’s to say that won’t happen again ffs? Liverpool and Man U have lost points to lower teams as well.

There is so much football to be played. But still I have to read this over-reactionary bollocks whenever we don’t blow away the opposition. It really is tiresome.

The joke of the situation is if we win the next 5 on the bounce you’ll get temporary amnesia and jump on the hype train again. I just don’t get why fans like you have go in to panic mode so easily. If you have watched football for more than half a season you should know how things can change so quickly. But no you rather just subject us to your shit ffs

Just think how many awful performances there have been this year? Just so many toothless, insipid displays.

We’ve gone backwards, others have stepped up, and if we’re not careful we’ll be too far away from other (frankly better) teams.

No Champs League next season could be a killer blow for some of our bigger names
Burnley, Swansea, W Brom and W Ham (home) Watford, Southampton (away) 12pts I know every game is not a cert. But the issue I’m worried about is the teams mentioned all set up exactly the same against us. The problem POCH doesn’t know how to set up and break them down when we are struggling . No PLAN B everytime. Why on earth against teams like this at home does he never play two strikers Kane and Llorente this one up top fascination drives me up the wall. Forget top 4 regressing big time next year new stadium will be exactly the same again. No strength in depth I’ve had a guts full of Levy’s bollocks. But some fuckung players please and stop playing fucking donkeys shite fucking shite!!!

What a typical performance by us though, could have gone 4th and put pressure on pool and instead give them a free ticket.

Same against West Ham.

No wonder we are called bottle jobs.

Those laughing at Arsenal are gonna have egg on their face come end of season as would put money on them coming above us this year, in fact I'm gonna put a wager on now for it to happen

We have fallen so far back this year from 2nd to 6th and all the squads around us strengthen and we stand still. Would love to have the optimism Hercules has for next year and the summer but I think we have had our time to shine and have fucked it up again

So pissed with Poch today again, learnt nothing from west ham at home only 3 weeks ago

Sissoko started that as well.

How in gods name did you come to that conclusion, considering the resources of the teams we're competing with?

Because in gods name we have a better overall starting 11 than 3 clubs who are going to finish above us. We've dropped a ridiculous amount of points against sides who are no where near our level. Resources aren't particular relevant when you've acquired footballers cheap who are now worth obscene amounts of money.
