One - I've commented on every match thread - positively and negatively.

Two - I'm not allowed in the transfer thread anyway so haven't been able to comment on any of the knickerwetting.

Don't thing I'm saying anthything remotely controversial. We were poor today, didn't deserve to win and couldn't dig one out. Point wise we are 5 points behind the top four which is quite a big gap at this stage.
Three - You're far more active when you're indulging the negativity that so gives you the horn :D

No, it's easy to know why he plays and why the manager trusts him. I just don't see the point debating with likes of you, because it's like talking to potted plants.

I'll hold my hands up and confess my knowledge of the game isn't as vast as yours but could you explain it to me and other mere mortals. Many thanks.

Well he didn’t today. Lamela held on to the ball far too long and messed up a fair few good breaks late in the game. Sissoko was one of our better players today imo
Sissoko missed an open goal and was a big part of the reason they scored. He constantly lost the ball and can’t really control it. He’s fucking awful.

Why is it we always need a scapegoat? Jenas, Ade, Paulinho, Sissoko. None of them were as bad as a lot of us thought they were. Sure a lot of them weren’t great, but the abuse people dole out is a little over the top.

Sissoko wasn’t what we needed today, but he still worked his bollocks off for the team, and he wasn’t the only one putting in a lacklustre performance.

Poch is a great coach and great man manager. However he is clueless tactically wise and how to change a game with subs. Never ever has a decent Plan B or any Plan B at all.
Lots of examples, take today....
We need a goal and need to go onto win the game. Takes Son off, attacking player and poor today but can score out of nothing. Should of been Sissoko or Dier.
Then with 6 mins to go, even in more need of a goal, brings defensive midfielder on for another! That was one of the weirdest subs I’ve ever seen!
Llorente for 18m, not even a loan or free transfer, but never uses him. He is ideal to change games with the negative defensive panic he will cause allowing space for others. He is also ideal for today, to change the game up and chuck some long balls into the box, not only does it instantly put pressure on the opposition defence but he is actually shit hot in the air and scores headers for fun! So so strange he isn’t used and the fact he was clearly wanted and purchased!
Anyway, rant over. Poch needs to up his game and the Club improve the squad too with a couple of game changers, pace or trickery is needed
Rant over

Fair play but doesn't detract from my point of 30 from 42 for th remainder of the year being a realistic expectation. Do you expect us to go to anfield and get the points? Take your time, I'll wait for your answer.

I think we can get something there but I’m an eternal optimist

He played a big part. If he’s playing right wing and their left back overlaps and he’s nowhere to be seen when he should be tracking the run of Bertrand, the cross doesn’t go in and Sanchez doesn’t divert it in. Why are you defending the guy - he’s clearly shit and don’t you want better for the Club?
