winks is a squad option. Lamela. Decent bloody footballers.
Sissoko is awful. What’s so difficult to see? Most people can see it and just agree but I suppose we have always got to have the odd hero that likes to go against the grain.

You are fucking hilarious but seriously you better stop drinking now or school tomorrow is going to be a bitch

You have this condescending aura but I think it’s completely misplaced - admin or not.
It might just be that you are in the crosshairs this time. @Archibald&Crooks takes the piss out of everyone (in the 'above it' manner) fairly. I have been on the receiving end as well when I have been a little OTT with my petulance. It is actually quite a reasonable way for the person charged with keeping order around these parts to be.

Or I'm wrong and he could just be a condescending ****. On second thought... Just kidding bossman.

Still waiting for one of these heroes to tell me who’s job it was to track any overlapping runs from Bertrand. You know, the kind of run that led to them getting their goal?

If that Kane chance towards the end nestles in the bottom corner, nobody bats an eyelid about the performance and/or Poch's decision to start Sissoko over Lamela, or to take Son off.

It's clear from reading Poch's post match comments that a number of players out there were affected by illness. The conditions didn't play into our hands either. No, we weren't at the races today but we've played worse than that and won this season. Swansea (A) springs to mind.

As for the Sissoko bashing, it needs to stop. Not his fault we decided to play £30m for him. Regardless of technical ability (and by no means was he the worst player in a Spurs shirt today) he always puts in a shift and for that reason I refuse to criticise him.

We need reinforcements this January. All the talk seems to be about a pacey wide forward but in truth it's the creative midfield role we need to address. With Dele struggling for form, we're one Eriksen injury away from our season being curtailed.

We've got some vital matches coming up in the next month that will define our season. Thankfully, Alderweireld will soon be back to sure up the defence and Wanyama is approaching full match fitness. It's not all doom and gloom!

Up the Spurs.
