So Poch asked about Malcom in post match interview. Standard 'just a rumour response.

If he is indeed coming then Poch is very good at keeping his cards close to his chest.

He can’t say anything really. Malcolm’s someone else’s player. He didn’t rule it out which is good

I'm almost certain he said something similar about Davinson last summer and many recent arrivals before that

Oh I know he won't say anything. Thats Poch. He's nothing like old 'candleface'.

But his response didnt give anything away, neither did it look like hes keeping something quiet.

Bordeaux don't have a game for a week, he could be going anywhere.
Southampton has an international airport....probably saw the rain and high tailed it back to Bordeaux again!

Because Poch has class and doesn't talk about other people's players.
As boring as he is in the media it must a a wet dream for levy and it’s leas stressful for the club, never says anything controversial fair play to him.

Also uses the fact English is his 2nd language well

For what its worth I watched the highlights of Nantes v Bordeaux, first thing that occurred to me was if that's the quality of Ligue 1 it really is piss poor.
It was hard to judge exactly how good Malcom may be but what quality there was on the pitch was him, he looked comfortable on the ball but no fancy stuff.
He played through the middle found plenty of space to receive the ball but his teammates seemed not to have the ability to lift their head up and see a pass, however when he picked up the ball he carried it forward and on three separate occasions laid the ball on a plate to other players running into the box that could and probably should have led to three goals, as I said they were piss poor.
Towards the end he decided to take responsibility himself and had a few shots from outside the box, one was curling in only for the keeper to pull off a very good save.
All in all the standard wasn't great but if we'd been interested in any of the other players I'd have been disappointed, he really did look the pick of the bunch though hard to judge fully.

KILLA SIN? Fat finger trouble?
