I think you are being a bit harsh there fella. I have supported spurs through the 90's and early 20's when they were shite. However what I won't do is not recognise other good teams because I support spurs. Don't think you can honestly say that we are competing with Liverpool on signings, they are now well ahead of us.
Come on, won the second division in 1920, and the FA cup the year after!

Liverpool are certainly ahead when it comes to fees and wages, but I'd much rather have Sanchez than Van Dijk. Keita will be good though.

There's been talk of Napoli with him, but little else. The longer this one goes on without resolution I think there's chance of a rare levy special. Depends on how keen PSG are to shift him.
Does seem like this will go down to the wire, which is generally bad news for us, as someone normally comes in last minute and gazumps us.

Maybe not if the only way we'd actually deal on this player is late in the window, otherwise I'd agree.

Keep coming back to this thread to see if Herc puts out any snippets about Lucas. I have become so addicted.

Lucas Moura apparently “not happy” unsurprisingly at PSG. If we want him, I feel that he can force a move at a cheaper price then what the media claim they want.

express and star say that we are going to make a bid and Poch met his agent. I cannot imagine any papers that are more unreliable than express and star (Sun has been reliable on our news recently)

Really prefer Malcom of the two but won't complain about either. If yesterdays game doesn't prove it we need trickery and passing more than speed. Passing breaks down busses better than anything and that is what we struggle with the most.

How'd we do?

I think it is clear his agent is doing everything he can to up his profile and secure him a big move. I would not doubt we are circling it to see if anyone blinks and a cheap deal materializes but he does not seem to anyone to be a primary target for any of the clubs he wants to be.

I can't see us signing him. Really can't. If he goes at bargain price then loads of others will come in.

Replace the semicolon with a question mark, it does the same job in this context of linking the two clauses. You can chose to capitalise after the question mark, turning the two clauses into separate sentences, though the second sentence lacks grammatical accuracy. However, this is an online forum so grammatical accuracy is less prestigious a convention as long as meaning isn't obscured.
That'll be a fiver, please
I would replace the semicolon with 'that' to make it a full sentence and add the question mark at the end.

Haven't you heard that in 2018 opinions = facts?
