Really frustrating for our fans and Liverpool. They score 4 goals against city and on fire and we score 4 against the toffees easily turning them over. Fast forward the next game and we are both naff. Dont feel sorry for the wankers mind

Such a shame we fucked up yesterday, we'd be top4 now, but on the flip side, I expected us to have lost touch with top4 after tonight, so could be worse eh....?

There will be more twists and turns yet mate. IMO only City are certain to get a spot. the rest is up for grabs.

Yep we could still finish second or sixth. I've been saying it for months. Both as possible as eachother.

I think ManU should be pretty safe too. Chelsea and the scally's are fair game though, I just don't feel like we've got our shit together enough this year to make a proper go of it, hope I'm wrong though.

I wish someone could explain to me why we seem to constantly be chasing wide attackers, when our midfield is the area that desperately needs refurbishing.

Why are you looking to bring in a player to block Onomah? ;)

Next time people moan about "Spurs always follow a great win with a daft loss", remember today. It happens to everyone.
Good point but that is a misery loves company type of explanation. Not really sure it should make us feel better about Spurs' hiccups.

Love it or hate it only the Premier League can deliver the regular topsy-turvy results like this. Now the draw against Southampton and the recent win away to Sawnsea look like good results. I still back us to finish I. The top three and would not rule second place out. We beat united and Arsenal at home (Wembley) and it's game on.

Huh. Turns out Salah and Mane are not the answer to teams parking the bus. Who knew?
Wonder if the posters on rawk are screaming out for a 'Mane/Salah type player' to help break down defences that sit deep.
BUT THEY HAVE PACY WINGERS!!!!

Erm. Maybe its because they need a 10 like coutinho to pass the ball to the wingers whereas we need the pacy wingers to recieve the ball from eriksen and alli?

Both lacking what each other have, and when u complete the set you get that manc kind of attack

ITK suggests we are looking at both

I don't think anyone can say with any certainty who will finish where but at least last night's result should stop Liverpool fans thinking they can still win the league......for now.

I'd be surprised if we can win both of those games. Arsenal seem to have found a bit of life in themselves now Sanchez has gone (I'm basing this off one game, mind), and United are ruddy tough to break down, as we saw earlier this season (albeit without Kane)
