I agree it does look a bit weird at the moment. The home end seems much less steep that the upper tier of the rest of the stadium, which looks a bit strange. hopefully when it's full of people things will be different.

The single tier is steeper than any other stand in the uk. On SSC if I recall the Liverpool kop is the nearest equivalent at 22 degrees; ours is 30 degree rake. I’d love to know other world stadiums by comparison! I went to the nou camp a few years ago and that felt very steep.

The join of the South stand doesn't bother me in the least, we're building a football stadium not some smooth curved Henry Moore sculpture or a souless bowl that's ashetically acceptable to the arty fartists, plus of course I'll be in it so probably won't see the join anyway.:)

I think it probably is, but then those upper tiers are really, really steep.

I'd personally rather it not be a uniform bowl all the way around like the Degenerates, absolutely not right for a football stadium IMO. Four sides with filled corners ideally, plus the Home Stand to be this big intimidating wall at one end. As good as we're going to get when it comes to modern stadia.

I was thinking that the other day. The sides have a 'White Hart Lane' feel to them. And three of the sides are different (I tier, 4 tier (x2) and a 3 tier. It certainly feels quite unique.

Plus I hate people calling it a bowl, compared to some, it's corners are fairly tight.

Camp Nou.
That depends on when he went. Nou Camp was acceptable up until it was officially titled Camp Nou in 2001. Still acceptable by the older folk tired of trying to keep up. In my day we called a ground in North London White Hart Lane and I intend to keep doing so.

I wonder how long it took Teddy to decide on Camp Nou as the name for his house, rather than Nou Camp.

Given the size of the extension he's just built above his garage, I wouldn't put it past him to be considering a kop-style sofa.

I’m not afraid to say it. I have no idea what you’re talking about.

You have to ask what the fuck has it got to do with the NEC of the Labour party.
This is classic Corbyn type socialist behaviour, fuck the really important stuff lets poke our fingers into everything that isn't our business, would they do this if Haringey council was Conservative? No because they have no control over a Conservative council but they are damn well going to exert control over Labour ones, it's all about central control, the central politbureau knows best and will be obeyed even at the expense of local democracy.
Wellcome to the future under a Corbyn/MacDonnell government.

Doesn't effect our development plans at all. This is council land they are developing.

I'm referring to the High Road West scheme and the agreement with Lendlease and the amount of affordable housing. They're trying to undo Lendlease already and I think we still need planning permission on phase 3
