Any followers of Bordeaux or Ligue 1 able to tell me how likely they are of staying up?

They’re mid table, the problem being is there’s 3-4 points between circa 10 teams and the drop zone. They won’t go down.

Malcom back on. Always rated him.

I wouldnt say it's back on - all JJ and herc are saying is that the chairman is not being truthful about us not having any contact - clearly we have had contact and had negotiations. Whether that means we are any more likely to get the player is unknown.

With the state of the market and difficulty in bringing in versatile talented players then may be it’s time we bite the bullet and are aggressive in our pursuit of players whom will add to our 1st team depth. 2-3 quality additions in for next summer will do us the world of good. Being decisive ahead of brinkmanship and hoping for a bargain needs to be the way to go otherwise we’ll continue to struggle to bring in quality. Ps I’m not saying use a scattergun approach and blow 2-300m on 5 or 6 players.

The Bordeaux chairmen seems to be telling rather large porkys.

"moved back in place"
Seems to be referring to the goalposts that were moved yesterday.
Thats nothing to do with him not being truthful Imo.

Hoping we can pull this deal off, Malcom looks to have a lot of tools that will translate well to the PL, and us.

Maybe 'God has opened the way breaking the chains taking the angels to fight you he opens the doors to no one else close' ?
