Eric dier is terrible. Has been for a while. I actually dislike him playing for tottenham and would happily have us come up against him playing for somebody else.

Harsh but true. Wanyama is back and once toby is too dier should be benched.

F**k this, I don't care whether you are one of the 'this competition is beneath us now'. We cannot get knocked out by a side like Newport (no offence to them by any means obviously but we would look ridiculous).

It is not about the team he's picked but the mentality displayed by the team. The team being fielded should comfortably beat Newport.

This is properly disgraceful so far, tricky conditions or not (fuck off using that as an excuse this week happy clappers) we could have been behind early on and deserve this predicament at HT.

Dier unconvincing, Vertonghen waving a leg at everything, Trippier didn't even look like he wanted to head that ball for the goal, Dembele not wanting to get into any challenge, Wanyama rusty as hell, Sissoko being Sissoko, Kane trying to ease through it, and Llorente with no confidence and whose legs have gone. KWP and Foyth haven't been great, but in the grand scheme of things are the least of the concerns when senior players are just waving the white flag. Add to that tactics that have been hoof it up to two isolated strikers for most of the half as we look nervy being pressed by a fucking League Two team.

Please sort it out.
