Needs to get a lot stronger. Premier league players would have it easy against him

The best thing is that it can be trained, especially under Poch. He has some talents that cannot be easily trained, such as the passing ability and composure

Dad was impressed by him last night and he isn’t easily impressed about spurs having supported them many many years, so that’s good enough recommendation for me.

The club should appoint him as a scout as we certainly wouldn’t get any shitters in then! (Although we may not get many players in at all as he can be very picky lol).

Reminds me of a young Jan, looks silky smooth on the ball and composed under pressure. Just needs to bulk up now, then think we've got a player on our hands.

The fact that he gets a runout every 4 or so weeks and still looks composed and unflustered, bodes well for him. I wonder if we would ever see him get a game as a DM, he certainly looks good enough to play there.

Looked like the brightest star today. Lovely player...silky. That early forward ball set his tone, ready for prem minutes in my view, and on today's performance deserves them.

Could be a right sided Verts, reads the game well and looks better than any of our centre backs on the ball - and they’re all great on it too.

He’s great on the ball but not better than Vertonghen, he’s for me the best ball playing CB in the league

I agree, I don’t say it lightly as Vertonghen is my hero - but I think Foyth could be even better on the ball. Maybe not right now, but in time.

Very impressive today, he made a few errors which is to be expected but the calmness he showed bringing the ball out of defence is absolute quality and will shine even more in games where we dominate possession. A future of him and Davinson is quite something.

Really grew into the game on what was a difficult surface. Bit of a nervy first half, which wasn’t helped by the fact we were playing like shit, but he finished the game as one of our best players.

He was a bit of a liability in the first 30 mins. Struggled with the conditions and their pressing.

Second half really came into his own and showed some nice touches. Says a lot about him that he kept going and still had the confidence to get on the ball.

Very good performance from a young player who played like the game mattered. Nice to see him take his opportunity and show not just ability but attitude on a day when many of our players looked like they wanted to be back in Barcelona on a break

Looks a great prospect but feel DM will ultimately be his position or on the right of a 3. Almost to good on the ball to waste as a CB.
