Tried his flicks and skills which came to nothing. Very arrogant and lazy performance against a lower league team.

Bar that game against Madrid he's shown nothing for Spurs. I'd rather have Vinnie back personally.

When will we have a decent back up for Kane?

Janssen at least worked his ass off, Llorente is lazy. If we don’t sign a good striker this summer then I give up

Shock as footballer not known for running around the pitch and harassing defenders doesn't run round the pitch and harass defenders

Lazy right from the start today. 2nd half was better.

Janssen over him all day. At least Janssen will not get bullied by defenders and can draw us some fouls. Llorente done the opposite; bullied by defenders and gave us fouls.

To be honest, neither are good enough for us with our lofty ambitions. If we can't find a striker who is affordable and accepts that he's behind Kane in the line, then there's always Son or we can promote the youth and see how they get on.

I actually thought his control and hold up play was decent - good given the pitch. I wouldn't have taken him off - guy needs a goal for confidence and his game time is so limited so a full game here would have been worthwhile.

I'd seriously consider selling him this window, sign someone like Carrasco (who's apparently been made available) and use Son as cover for Kane.

Toe problem for Janssen might mean surgery. Out until April at the earliest. Apparently.

Fact is we won’t get a better back up for kane than Son. What we need is a back up for Son when Son has to back up kane. Hopefully that is moura. Although opposite side he would replace Son pace out wide.Id be very tempted now to give the obvious striking back up roll to sterling or Griffiths.

Can't believe Jannsen didn't get a chance this year. Really thought he would have made impression this season. Showed massive effort.
