Bennetts equalizes from a poor clearance from united, Skipp redeems himself a bit by winning the ball back to start the move.

jack roles coming off, he's been our best player this 2nd half, really pressed well and showed his eye for a final ball.
reminds me off a poor man's alli could be a very handy player to have around.

How did we get on overall tonight? I must admit that I feared the worst when I saw the line-up, so was delighted when I checked back later and saw we'd won! Did anyone stand out? It sounds like Roles had the most impressive game.

Thought we we played very cautiously and let Manchester united beat themselves. All 3 of our goals were a result of United mistakes.
Roles was our best player, he was really efficient and reminded me of Dele at his best.

When Duncan came on he really improved our game and added a lot of purpose to our play.

Skipp to me was a little hit and miss. He played a horrible hospital ball for united's goal and in general I thought his passing was a little sloppy and on the safe side. On the good side he got around the pitch really well and kept Gomes and Chong relatively quiet.

Eyoma and Brown were solid, thought Tj was better when he moved to CB, Jadon had some decent moments going forward.

Sterling and Bennetts, despite both of them scoring I thought they could have both played much better. It might have been tough for Sterling, but he needs to do a better job finding spaces and holding the ball up, and Bennetts just isnt as effective for me as an attacking midfielder. I also thought his tracking back was lazy at times.

Dinzeyi was solid defensively, loose in possession. Maghoma did his best. Marsh played really well in a very reserved role. Tracey did his best "Sissoko at his very best," impression.

It was a very professional performance, some bright spots, but we are desperately lacking creative talent at this level with this team.

Always liked Roles and he definitely has an eye for goal. When I first saw him reminded me of a young Btec stevie g which I suppose somewhat equates to the dele comparison tonight. With so many on loan he should get plenty of game time.

How do the youth experts view the loans? Change in Poch's thinking about loans, sign that we don't have the scope to blood youngsters in our first team and need them a little more polished first, or that he doesn't rate them and they are moves for the good of the players' careers rather than their Spurs careers?
