Just need to repeat this the next few games.

We know we can be brilliant but have to have consistency.

Very happy with today though.

How we bossed, bullied, dragged them around, beat 'em up, out fought, out thought, out witted them in every way from 1st minute to last..Outstanding performance, now we really have momentum for the next few games!!
And a Pochettino tactical masterclass!!

he probably would have given it if it was 0-0 as well, which is bullshit. a pen is a pen.

Not so sure mate, reckon Alli could have had his leg amputated and he would have waved play on, didn’t want to give us anything today, like others have said don’t think a ref has annoyed me as much when we won, he left a bad taste

That maybe gave us a buffer as well in not giving a pen for Son's handball, to balance the injustice.

But at possibly 3-0 up if our pen was given, a possible pen for Son's handball may not be that decisive.

Anyway, all on hindsight now.

Lol Shocking motd highlights, it looks like it was mostly all united and hard done by

What did you expect? Just look at the half time punditry on BT SPORTS they couldn't wait to discredit Eriksen's goal because Kane's big toe was in the Utd half a millisecond before the ball was kicked!

There was a bit around 75 minutes when our boys put in about 4 buying tackles in under 10seconds. It was just in their half of the centre circle with the red about 4 yards away. The United players all cowered in horror as Spurs just steamrollered through them. It was amazing to watch.

My thoughts entirely, saw MOTD and we got away with the Sonny one but as you say if we had been given the 100% one against Alli the entire game might have turned into a complete rout with the momentum of a game changing 3rd killer goal.

Trippier was very good today, had the right side sown up
I thought he was very good. Should certainly take a lot of credit for the second goal. His first time/quick deliveries across the goal are fantastic. However there was an occasion when he was in the middle of the pitch and ran through their defence. Good to see him going past players!

What an outstanding performance all round, could of easily been 4/5, considering the Ref was determined not to give us any decisions! Just hope we can continue this momentum into Anfield! COYS!

This game just showed what having a boss like Poch can achieve. Play with heart.

Thought Verts was sublime again as he has been for the past two seasons. Rolls Royce. Love how he is so cool and yet has a clever edge about him. Has become a long serving (by Premiership standards) legend now.

I must admit to having a sense of foreboding before the game, especially with the selection of Trippier at RB because Aurier was unavailable and I know Eriksen was back but I wasn't entirely sure whether he would have fully recovered from the effects of the flu/ heavy cold, because we all know that even if you have just got rid of it it still leaves you a little lethargic. My anxiety wasn't assisted an hour before kick off having seen their line up which 'appeared on paper' to be very strong.

That all said my fears were completely unfounded, as Trippier and Eriksen proved me wrong in every respect with excellent displays full of energy, everyone put in a real shift, hassling them all over the pitch, pressing them into mistake after mistake in the last third and with us keeping it tight at the back. I was absolutely gutted with the stewarding fiasco that led to me getting to my seat 5 mins after kick off and having missed that blistering start and first goal.

I was very surprised at how bad Utd were on the night, there was no response from them whatsoever, I don't think the scoreline fully reflected our overwhelming dominance throughout the game, and sharper finishing and without De Gea pulling off a few saves and it really could and should have been 5-1. Delighted with our performance and the three points, I hope that performance hasn't taken too much out of us because we worked our socks off, and we need to be at that same level again at Anfield to get points from that game. COYS !!!

I think we're doing United a dis-service here. If we're honest with ourselves, up until that first goal it could've gone either way
