Another bonus from scoring today is that he's drawn level with another legend in the PL scoring charts - Matt Le Tissier finished his career on a hundred premier league goals.

"Winning mentality" that people keep on about. It doesn't come from winning things. Mahrez didn't gain it after winning the league. Some people just have it.

You could see it with Harry when he went in goal during that European match a few years ago...even if he did bollocks it up!

What's the rule about the dive committee - retrospective bans only occur if a team gains advantage from it? Given Kane missed he won't be in trouble hopefully. But if he does can't really argue..it was a dive.

Certainly not a clear dive as there was contact. The FA will only do that with clear-cut cases (much more likely if the ref had given a penalty for the Dele incident earlier).

Dreadful penalty but balls of steel for the second. Deserved to win, could have lost, salvaged a draw. Kane is King

It wasn’t a dive for me. He went down easily but there was contact

I thought before he took the first penalty, "The greats score these. The legends convert these opportunities."

Naturally, I was gutted it was saved.

But the greats and the legends also have the balls and the confidence and the leadership to step up and take the second penalty too. That says even more about him.

Blessed to have Harry Kane, Spurs legend.

That showed such fucking balls to take that second pen, says so much more about him then missing the first one does

Mentally he is off the charts.

I loved how smug he looked when talking them through with redknapp because he knew redknapp was pissed off he scored the equaliser.

Gutted he missed the first one but certainly took some bollox to put away the second

27th on the all time premier league list. Lets watch him chalk all those names off along with all the Spurs legends on the Tottenham all time goalscores list

Good for us that Salah is pushing him for the golden boot. Hopefully plenty more this season and beyond

I thought the same, and I think him being England captain will work against him as the FA will want to show their is no bias in there decisions. Personally I think there will be breaking news Monday/Tuesday that he has been charged... hope I’m wrong

Never in a million years was that a dive and never in a million years will the diving panel charge him because it wasn't a dive, if you look at that incident and compare it to the two players that have been banned this incident for diving is not even in the same universe as the those incidents.

Just watched the Kane 100 club sky put together.....he really ain’t that bad tbh. Can see him doing well
He’s so good that one of his goals was against Tottenham!

Anybody else hear him say to the camera at the end of the game, “you can’t give me two tries”?

One of my guilty pleasures - occasionally for no reason deciding to spend a few minutes watching Le Tissiers goals on youtube. What a player. 100 goals - nearly all worldies!

he normally slots pens in either corner, giving the GK no chance. No idea why he went down the guts for the first one.
