He's my 'favourite' spurs player since last season when he should have won POTS from the supporters.

If he can replicate anything like his form from 16/17 we'll finish the season strongly.

Edit: Oh, and he likes spaghetti. The bloke is immense on and off the field.

From OS:
"I've had a couple of shots when I've come on (in recent matches) and the lads haven't been happy with me and said I should stop shooting. I said 'I will continue shooting and one day, one will end up in the back of the net'. That day was today. I'm really glad."
And one would have imagined he spoke without any hint of excitement or glee and walked off nonchalantly

Is Wanyama considered completely matchfit by Poch? I don't mean uninjured, i mean able to play for a full 90?

Dier made a mistake on Sunday, it happens ffs. He was immense alongside Dembele against United.

Pochettino rates him so highly because he's so reliable in terms of his mentality, a complete competitior who has been instrumental in us losing that soft underbelly we had for years.

He's also tactically flexible and Pochettino trusts him.

Some are way too critical of him. He's not perfect but still a very important cog in this side.
