He might not be, but I want us to end our long wait and get some silverware.
Wanting and being obsessed are two different things.
Of course he wants to, we all want to.

Clever management, instantly taking pressure of any young players who might start the game.

I agree with him. I think we just keep focusing on getting better and better, keep building as we have been doing. Trophies will come.

Absolutely. There are three domestic trophies per season. The lazy blaise throwaway "oh this team should be winning trophies" is just a reflection of the arrogance and complacency of the current climate of super-rich clubs. Winning a trophy should feel magical in large part because it is unlikely. We have no rights to expect or demand trophies, only to long for them. That's how it should be.

It's identical to - the players don't have the rights to play, they only have the rights to train. You have to earn the rights to play. Likewise, you don't have the rights to trophies, you have to earn it.
It's a good mindset.

We are really gonna struggle on that Rochdale pitch, so I hope Poch organises some decent training at Hackney Marshes or somewhere similar! ;)

I reckon Millwall would have ended up being a tougher place to go to, not only cause of their Mad Max style fans, but because they surely would have turfed up their pitch to make it a proper hell-hole.
