Good win and now forward on and no looking back now guys

MOTM is anyone's guess as I certainly dont know who to pick

[EDIT] I have now rewatched the match, this time without any anxiety. Dembele clearly MOTM. 329 votes with closest challenger Kane on 25 on last count!! I realise that this is the same team that also tamed Manu and Liverpool in recent weeks and yet it isn't our strongest 11! Our squad has definitely strenghtened

Dembele was an absolute beast out there today.

Alli's best game this season? Quite possibly.

Backline superb - Sanchez was outstanding I thought.

Everyone of them were immense. Huge mention to Trips and Davies, both been criticized a bit, they were great.

Dembele, man amongst boys

Great team performance though, score line not reflective of our total domination

Dembele motm for me but what a team performance to limit their attacking potential so much - 3 or 4 shots all game no? Shame we didn't get the few extra goals our play merited.

Cech was MOTM, we need to be more clinical but that was a fantastic performance, very clear gap in quality between the two sides, we are the much better side imo.

Very good performance. Verts and Sanchez were excellent. Davies, Eriksen and Kane very good but Dembele the Beast is my MoM.

We deserved three or four goals from that, and aside from the four minutes of injury time we managed the game superbly, they didn't have a proper sniff before 92 mins.

Dembele was the man today. After doubting whether he'd return to full fitness and brilliance he's been beastly in recent weeks and today was one of his absolute best games for us.

Everyone excellent. Trippier's second-half performance was exceptional.

Watching Dembele at Spurs play like that is a privilege. Elneny, Xhaka, Wilshere – couldn't get close to him all match. Sublime. I love the guy. Dier very good, too.

Gave Davies a rough time at half-time, but his cross for the winner was inch-perfect.

Yeah, 10 for everyone. 6 for the shooting coach.

Dele was bossing it all game. His pressing was excellent as well, I think we missed that when he came off.

Shout out to the full backs, Trippier did his job well should have had a goal and Davies has quietly become a bit of a hard man and I love it.

Kane should have had 3, great work winning long balls. Lamela looked bright, loved that he was giving some at the end, made a nice change from Llorente at the Emirates.

Only blemish was the defending at the end which was a bit panicked but Sanchez and Jan kept their lot pretty quiet otherwise.

Poch set the team up well, Son for Lamela improved us, thought the Dele for Wanyama sub left us a bit light in the high press but I think with 10 minutes left we could all see the logic.

Could (should) have been 3-4 at least but I'm not going to complain one bit. This post new year period was looking crucial and the fact we've got 7 points from 9 is brilliant COYS

Vertonghen: 9
Davies: 9
Dier: 10
Dembele: 10
Eriksen: 7
Dele: 8
Son: 7
Kane: 9

Dembele MotM for me, but both he and Dier get 10s because of the angst when the teams were announced about no Wanyama and our 2 man midfield up against their 3. Both Dier and Dembele completely fucking owned that area of the pitch and both were outstanding. Yet another game as well where Dier has been crucial. Some people need to remember that.

Everyone else excellent, really. Eriksen a little wasteful in teh first half and Son energetic but wasteful throughout leaves them on 7, but they both still contributed.

All the lads were brilliant, but a speacial shout out to Ben Davies, such an underated part of our squad. So unassuming, then he smashes you from behind with a cruncher and takes the piss by putting it on a tee for Harry. He totally did the scum in.
