Always liked him, always gives 100%. Really hope we give him a new contract.

He will play a big part before the end of the season. Great to have him back in the squad, he is one sub who fills me with confidence when he comes on.

Lamela will be starting soon, he is pure quality.
He needs to be at least in rotation to start some league games.

Won't even be match sharp yet.
Couple that with Toby and Vic coming back and Moura being allowed time to get up to speed and on the same wave lengths as his team mates it's all looking good. (y)

Anyone playing poorly now has a viable alternative... (Well almost  but some are simply irreplaceable.

I thought he was exceptional in that little cameo today, winning the ball and the vision to play Dele through is what sums him up for me - tenacity and guile.

Don't see him taking a starting spot off Son, Dele or Eriksen this season but he looks really sharp. He'll start the FA cup game allowing rest but also quality to progress. Can see him starting the Huddersfield home league game which is few days before 2nd leg vs Juve.
He's a fantastic option from the bench but also from what he's shown since return is that he's a genuine option to start and not mean a huge reduction in quality like others. With him and Lucas if he settles in suddenly the squad looks so much stronger. We'd be mad to not keep him going into next season.

Plenty of games plenty of starting spots. We can rotate more frequently and keep our intensity up through more games. We have upped our intensity against United, Pool and Arse. We need options and quality.

What sort of sad act do you have to be to come on SC after we’ve beaten Arsenal and post passive aggressive shit about Lamela? You’re a fucking weirdo, tbh.

Well only 11 league games left, I'm sure he'll start a couple of league games but in business end with the momentum we have I think Poch will stick with the 3 he regularly picks. Great option to have though and we're definitely much stronger with him in squad.

Business end oi the season, Son, Ali have played a lot games this season we could do with a bit of freshness. I could see Lamela starting the Cup and European games.

We really missed him in big games while he was out. He is always one of our most intense players in these games and helps set the tone with his work rate. It's huge bonus having him for the run in with so many important games coming up.
