Him and Gerrard did seem quite down about it. Very strange.

Like genuinely both sound really down, almost as if all the bollocks they said about us before the game has come back to slap them in the face.

You wouldn’t think they just witnessed a great game would you?

If this was City or Liverpool or United or Chelsea they would be creaming their crackers.

lols @ all the wrist slitters after the first 9 mines "goodbye champions league", "Hugo is shit"

we showed a ton of character and Hugo saved our arse, 2 away goals and dominated posession

this is a very good Tottenham team.

Dembele and eriksen. Just wow. Class apart.

Alli was frustrating me first half But lamela was frustrating home and away fans.

Verts a rock as per.

Ball is in our court. Smash it

You wouldn’t think we are an English club with how depressed Lineker and co are about us getting this result.

It’s honestly pathetic quite frankly, do they just hate the fact we aren’t buying it?
I'm watching it on bein and gullit is gushing about us. Getting loads of praise.

Also Dembele had almost twice as many touches as he did against arsenal

I was in the thread after 10 minutes and I think some people should really feel ashamed. Talks about bottling, CL over, same old spursy. We have proven many times this season that we can come back, especially later in games.

To be down at both the Kop and Juve Stadium, and leave with points, shows the growth.

random thoughts:
-I went from insanely impressed by Higuain's speed, to sorely unimpressed by his finishing
-Costa shredded the balls off of our team when he had the ball.
-6 seconds of Moura has me hard as hell
-Unimpressed with Dele, but he drew a crucial foul
-Eriksen demonstrated his WC talent this match on a huge stage - so happy for him
-Harry is reminding me more and more of Tom Brady. The only reason why I have a problem with that is because I'm a Jets fan
-Hugo was on today; He guessed the PK right both times and had some great saves

Lastly. Moussa Dembele. When AVB first signed him, I thought it was a let down because we didn't get Mouts. I now look back on all of the shit I talked that season, and it is so apparent to me that he is one of the few players that can do everything right, even with Ledley's legs. Tackling, passing, running, and vision. The list just goes on an on. Him and Eriksen are what got us the points today, and that speaks to how we tick.

I’m normally really nervous watching any Spurs game, but I was so engrossed in that game that I never felt any nerves at all. That was one of the best Football matches I’ve seen in a long while from 2 great teams who never let up for the entire 90. It’s testament to the way the game was played that there was only 2 minutes of extra time played in both halves.

We made a few errors, but this was Juve at home, of course there will be errors. Taken as the full 90 though that was an utterly superb performance from us.

I suspect that the attendance at Wembley will be another record.

You obviously missed the Jason Dozzell era? Andy Sinton? But never knock Nico Claesen!

My earliest memory of Spurs is Jason Dozzell related. Game at nil-nil, Dozzell one on one with the keeper, could kick it either side or go round the keeper, nope, Dozzell opted to run into Neville Southall and lose the ball.

As for Claesen, can't knock a guy I've never seen play as I was only one when we signed him. Was he as good as Andy Booth?

Juventus lost some of my respect for their whininess and falling so easily if I'm honest. They did not play with conviction. They played with so much fear at times, at home somemore. Even Buffon saves were desperate-looking. When they start playing like Orcs, I know we are winning in abilities. I felt humbled but proud.

Granted they have a couple of their first XI out injured; that will be the narrative of the press I supposed.

But oh well, we are the mighty Spurs somehow, and I think many will agree. ;)
