I haven't seen it but I can't believe that Lineker wouldn't want us to go through. He loves us.

I think Lineker's open support of Leicester during the title season led to him getting a lot of abuse from Spurs "fans" on Twitter, which has probably put him off us significantly.

He still favours Spurs over all other teams bar Leicester, you only have to watch MotD to see how much he promotes Spurs and enjoys watching us beat the other big clubs.

You can support and believe as opposed to throwing your toys out the pram.

There’s a difference. Some people need to learn it.

People are going to do that though. Some fans are more emotional about it than others and being 2-0 within ten minutes away at Juventus was looking onimous.

Well people going over the top is always a bit pathetic but at 0-2 I would be lying if I said I was feeling a bit dejected. But as we started to take over you could sense that the players weren't giving up on it.

Hopefully, Toby will be back, because Sanchez worries me with high balls. Also, I'm not sure Aurier is playing better than Trippier at the moment. Dybala will be back for them.
Sure the commentators said Dybala misses both games

commentator on Bein Sports saying Aurier is not available for the return leg, didn't say why

Makes me sad to think one day poch won't be our manager, even if he stays till he dies they'll be a day where he's no longer leading our boys, and that makes me sad :(
Me too. Let's hope he leaves us after winning plenty and put us in a healthy situation to continue challenging.

We are well in the ascendancy now!

Loves us? I don’t get that impression at all mate.
It's always ex-Spurs players that are negative towards us. Pool/United/Goon pundits and ex-players always back their respective teams. The problem is, I/we assume because a player played for us, he's therefore a supporter. I guess not.

@Right Way Up ok Mr fucking hindsight. It WAS embarrassing. We were shocking for first 10 mins, then we kicked in. I fucking hate this bullshit that you can’t call it as it is so grow up you fucking twat. Ban me, I don’t care, this guy is an absolute ****

I had the nerve to say at 2-0 after 9 mins that this game had come off the back of an intense run so was bad timing.

Although we dominated today, I hope we don't be complacent at Wembley or have any brain farts. Juve were missing a few of their first teamers today and will have a stronger team out for the return leg.

I came out of the thread at the start of the 2nd half.

So much negativity - again - I received another disagree (not that I care any more) for saying it was 'no disgrace' to be losing
2-0 to Juve.

The dislikes and neg ratings were flourishing like nobody's business. Twerps.

Too many on here like the weather, can't make their F****** minds up.

Love how some “lovely people” are going back to the early posts and neg repping after the second goal. Seriously, do you not have something better to do, like enjoy the win rather then trying to take the piss out of fellow fans for being upset at going 2 down in 8 mins. Hate that sort of attitude.

Juve will have a few of their injured players back for the return leg, could make it a bit trickier

So. Do we press them like hell at Wembley or be a bit more conservative like we were against Madrid and Dortmund
