Just had a thought - when they install the new seats they'll still have that plastic stuck to them that protects the surface, like new TV's and electronics, right? Holy shit, i'd love the job of peeling all of them off. Such a satisfying thing to do, that slooow peel, all off in one hit. 62,000 times. Bliss.

Never really thought about what a tough job construction on one of these things must be. The guy sitting up on the roof-ring thing - what a tough bastard. The guys that are going to have to manually bolt in 62000 seats, fucking hell.

I like what Juventus have done with their seats, the partial pic of a player. Maybe a partial ‘Bill Nick’ on the single tier (where I think he’s interred). Or Greavesy!

I think the application is just procedure. The club would've known it would be acceptable to Haringey before applying.

Waiting for the next council meeting in early March I think, but I would assume the club would ask for assurances informally before putting in a formal request.
