One of the reasons we bullied Liverpool United and arsenal was Eric dier, the negative stuff around dier from some fans is mental
I think levy will make a bale type of signing to open the new stadium.
Agree with Dier observation. Less confident with the Marque signing to open new stadium..

My original point in regards to comparing Dier/De jong was purely the position they occupy on the pitch. I wasn’t bashing Dier, I just said ultimately de Jong will become a better footballer and offer more. As stated there are all different types of DM and it’s a question of what’s your preference. For me Dier falls into the obvious destroyer who then Just feeds the more creative players. As said for what he does he is very good. But the question is do you want to be braver and have a player who may be slightly less combative but offer more in other areas. For me on what I’ve seen 5-10 live games De jong is perfect because he is just so comfortable on the ball that he could easily be a 10. When Dier gets the ball the under pressure my heart is in my mouth. De Jong has the ability to slip past players like a Dembele. Ultimately the game is all about preferences some will a prefer a more solid Dier otherwise would choose a more creative DM like de Jong.

http://www.espn.co.uk/football/dutc...ajax-sensation-who-is-better-than-beckenbauer

I was gonna make this comparison but thought I’d get shot down. But upon googling it seems there are numerous references. The comparisons are obvious to anyone that’s seen Beckenbauer play. Another thing I’d say is I’ve a strong feeling we haven’t seen anything of the attacking potential Foyth has. I think he has been very conservative so far. But I’m really looking forward to seeing foyth play in a 3 when he has more confidence. I think we could see some of the same forging runs that de Jong can produce.

You stated "But no question for me would be a fantastic addition will be x5 player Dier is."

5 times the player is quite the statement. Maybe your points would come across better if you didn't use such ridiculous hyperbole all the time.

It’s a football forum. How I choose to put my point across is up to me. If you don’t like it or don’t agree fair enough. Maybe we should all wear beige suits everyday. Tbh I’m slightly worried about this post and listening out for the “hyperbole” police knocking on my door.

Call me mental, but he was blitzed until he moved back to CB. The immediately squeezed him and everything came through Dembele. Wanyama comes on and he finds the wing with a silky pass to the left which is deflected out for his rocket.

I believe in Dier, but I believe in him as a CB. He is a cultured CB but he isn't as a CM.

Exaggerating again.

You make good points but a good point loses its meaning if you go way ott with it. Friendly advice but if you want to be a prick about it go ahead.

Cheers for the advice. But as said the world would be very boring If we all put our point across in the same way.

If he comes back healthy, I wouldn't mind to take Nathaniel Chalobah off Watford's hands. Was really impressed by his range of play when he was on the pitch this season. He is young, strong and has a nice pair of feet.

Prefer his brother Trevor on chelsea bench tonight absolute monster of a CB.

Sessegnon scored again. Honestly I’ll be amazed if we get him. Surly city and united will be in for him. In fact everyone will be including top foreign clubs.

Iniesta.

Saw a Chinese super league rumour, if he's at that stage, could we get 18-24months out of him?

Only 33 (34 in May).
