Looking at that list only 3 will be ( should be ) here next season (CCV, Onomah, Edwards) but probably loaned out again.
You might be right, but Amos signed a new contract before going to Stevenage, and Walkes holds a bit of value now, so I doubt he will go unless we get a decent offer.

Agree walkes holds value especially in the states where he’s very liked I believe.

Amos should go and get his career going lower league. Never going to make it so unsure why we bothered to sign him up again tbh

Currently we have the following players out on loan:

Connor Ogilvie - Gillingham (January)
Tom Glover - Central Coast Mariners (April)
Josh Onomah - Aston Villa (season)
Cameron Carter-Vickers - Ipswich (season)
Marcus Edwards - Norwich (season)
Ryan Loft – Exeter (season)
Luke Amos - Stevenage (season)
Anton Walkes - Portsmouth (season)
Shayon Harrison - Southend (season)
Vincent Janssen - Fenerbahçe (season)

Certainly a lot of those would have improved tonight's team, but only three or four of them would have played, I suspect, as we have this rather strange policy of largely not using players who are training with the first team. Oakley-Boothe and Georgiou being involved tonight was a bit of a surprise (neither played well FWIW).

I am often baffled when I watch our U23s about how we can produce players who can play such cultured, progressive football at U18 level an then end up with an U23 side who seem to struggle to string passes together, or who tend to play as a group of individuals rather than a team.

The best player tonight was probably Bennetts, but his good moments came when he did his own thing, basically.

Who was no14? He had a couple moments

Be a bit embarrassing for man united the greatly heralded academy if they get relegated, which looks increasingly likely

What do people think of Shilow Tracey?

I never really see him talked about and only negatively when he does but then recently he consistently seems to be involved winning pens/scoring/assisting.

he's going through his first stretch of form while he's been at the club. He's a workhorse that can carry the ball well and defensively works hard, but he doesnt see the pitch very well and is clearly very below par technically.

What's Sissoko doing playing for the academy?

Sterling seriously needs to start getting minutes. Think he will be a gun in our first team with the AMs around him

I think it's quite brilliant really, the club is so dedicated to try to replicate the challenges of playing for the first team.

They've actually been going through a bit of a rebuild as it hasn't been all that great for awhile.

This is spot on IMO. The cut-back for Sterling's goal was one of the most intelligent final third passes I've ever seen him make, so perhaps the penny is dropping a little. He'll be gone in the summer though, I'm sure.

It's obvious that we focus more on U18 than U23.

We play Skipp today and not yesterday. It also answers my question why we demoted M.Wells to U18 Asst.

U18s: GOAL! Markanday stays on his feet under pressure, gets to the near post on the right and pulls it across for Griffiths to bundle in. 3-1, 81mins #COYS
