It’s not long since a meaningful minority here were dissing the notion that we could fill a 50k stadium. They’ve gone rather quiet since 80k+ have dragged themselves to Wembley on multiple occasions.
Pretty sure we’ve set then broken the PL attendance record multiple times already this season. Would love nothing more than to see Chelsea fall apart and struggle to come close to the record in there season at Wembley.

They're going to be there more than one season, the new bridge is directly on top of the old one, so they don't have the flexibility we had with starting 2/3rds first. They will be away about 4 seasons from what I hear.

In the league we’ve only had below the new stadium capacity (62,000) three times and they were all over the Christmas period and all were midweek games. All three of those were still 50k+. Considering most Spurs fans hate Wembley and hate getting there that’s not bad at all. There’s no way we don’t fill the new stadium for the vast majority of games next season.

Would love it if their whole ground development fell through.

I thought I would hate Wembley and dreaded the journey to get there. Now after going to nearly all the games there I enjoy going to Wembley and the journey isn’t nearly as bad as I feared. It’s about 15 minute longer journey for me.
The bad part is getting away when it can take an hour to get from the stadium onto the train platform.
