You mean like every single game should be?!

you can still do a professional job and add skill and flair in also, sometimes its whats needed to win the game.
You know what I mean... We go up there and expect them to be rubbish, and that it's going to be easy, and we'll beat them with mad skillz without trying, then we'll get a shock... Just like every cup upset.

I expect us to win this and also the quarter final should we go through and have a feeling we will meet Chelsea in the semi-final with Utd v city in the other one.
Was hoping some of the other big boys would have met each other to get one out of the way. But on the other hand glad we didn’t get one of them! I think they all got better draws but yes ours could have been much worse. But Swansea (who I expect to win, because they put a full strength team out from the beginning this time) are on a resurgence and are a better team now, and at Home in an FA cup quarterfinal will be very hard to overcome. BUT we have to win today first and as I have said I don’t expect this to be an easy game at all, and just hope we can win but certainly ( like a lot on here) don’t just expect it.

What odds can I get on the bbc presenters waffling on about whether Toby will still be at the club in 6 months time rather then actually talking about the match I wonder

Fail, to the Dale.

Nah...not even going to entertain the thought of that.

Ignorance is bliss and all that...

One of the great things about living in Cornwall are the beaches. One of the worst things is having a four year old with a tidal death wish. I just spent an hour hoisting him from the waves and now sciatica, that old rebuking friend, has coiled itself about my lower left back and stings me to the inner sanctum of my ankle. Only thing to do is to neck some diclophenic, put my feet up, ignore the rampaging children, and watch the game.
