Yeah I agree, he is in a bad vein of form, I wanted that shot he had with his left to go in. I'm sure once he hits a bit of form he will be a useful player for us. He doesn't look happy, I hope he can turn his form around ASAP.

there are some things that are verboten to the MF and what Winks did there was one of them. He did it and HAD to foul there after fucking up. He didn't and should suffer for it. I killed Dele when he did it against Soton(?). It's schoolboy and in this setting it's arrogant.

What i'm trying to get at is it doesn't mean Winks is a poor player just because Wilshere is marginally better.

I actually think Llorente has been one of most competent players. He's won basically every header/challenge up top and when the ball has been hit into him he's held it up for a runner. he's also played Son in on goal what three or four times?

Obviously he's missed that chance, and he doesn't look enough of a goal threat, but apart from Moura's mazy (hopeful) dribbles he's been our only outlet and source of doing something high up the pitch.

I don't want to crucify him but he has berb cumbersome on the ball throughout and he's not the only one. It was finally punished and he needs to pull his socks up. Him and Wanyama losing the midfield.
