If they don't hate you, that means you're irrelevant.

When I was growing up, it was called ‘The road to Wembley’, it was the big day out for the final, now having the semi’s there as well has taken the gloss of the final. The FA have ruined the final now just out of greed..

Not so much greed as financial incompetence. IIRC, they needed the income from the additional matches at Wembley to make up for some of their massive overspend on the stadium.

I remember Bayern had home ground advantage in a champions league match... and it didn't fking matter since they lost it.

Wembley has been booked and paid... they ain't changing it. Not as if no one saw this coming for more then a year. Heck we were even saying our first game at home this season might be the community shield.

It's gonna be a "netural" stadium for the semis... the only advantage is that we are use to the pitch.

It's a ridiculous statement.

We've been at a disadvantage all season in the league, and now we have the slightest thing working in our favour and they're all fucking touchy about it.

Good grief some people need to get a life.

1) we are not in the semis yet
2) Semi-finals shouldn't be played at Wembley
3) As long as we don't get drawn against Utd Old Trafford would be fine with me
4) If we did go on and win the accomplishment would be diminished by others saying we had home advantage. Can you imagine how the Scousers would react?

If we were to get through to the semis and get drawn against Man Ure, with the FA having already ruled that a Spurs semi final would be moved to Old Trafford, I wonder what the reaction to that would be? Answer below.

FUCK ALL, because it's Man Ure!!!!

On reflection I think they have a point, it's too late to do anything about it now but it is only right and proper that no other club is allowed to use Wembley as their home ground whilst their new soviet prison, sorry, stadium is being built.:);)

It's too late to do anything about this craven injustice this season, but the correct remedy going forward is to ensure it doesn't happen again.

As such, Chelsea will need to spend 4 seasons in Milton Keynes. It's only fair.

Can’t see how the scousers would have a leg to stand on seeing as they couldn’t beat West Brom WITH home advantage..

Villa Park semi (tradition), final at the Millenium Stadium. I’d have no problems with that.

It’s not a home game we are from White Hart Lane.

We happen to be playing half our league games at a neutral venue.

Idiots.

Not like they got outplayed, they should have won that match quite comfortingly with the chances they had.

the twats saying we would have an advantage in the semi are the same twats saying we haven't got a disadvantage playing all 19 PL home games away from WHL

The headline should actually read: Arsenal and Liverpool fans terrified Spurs may win a cup

I'd love them to move both games from Wembley and for us to win it anyway. Would make it that little bit sweeter if we did win it.

Semis should never have been moved to Wembley. Anyways the crowd is a massive part in somewhere being called a home venue . And if we do get to semi it’s not exactly like city or united players have never played there before. Yes we’d have an advantage but it really would be pretty minimal. However if Chelsea play there 3/4 seasons. I’d say after 1 season it definitely would start to become an advantage.
