Why would it be a home fixture? The fans would still be split, there's nothing we can do about now having experience playing at Wembley.
This. Why not prevent United playing at Wembley in the semi, after all they've a lot more experience there than pretty much any other club.

Well, of course, first they have to beat Rochdale - at Wembley, yes - and then there is Sheff. W or Swansea. And if Spurs should qualify for the Final, which will be at Wembley, should the final also be moved then or...?

FA Cup: Anger brewing over possibility of Spurs’ ‘home’ semi-final

The FA will resist pressure to switch an FA Cup semi-final involving Tottenham Hotspur away from Wembley despite growing opposition from some clubs left in the competition to Spurs effectively being granted a home fixture.

Mauricio Pochettino’s team remain on course to reach the last four despite being held to a 2-2 draw in the fifth round away to Rochdale yesterday, with Sheffield Wednesday or Swansea City lying in wait in the quarter-finals
I'd like them to specify just who "some clubs" are.

Don't be a fucking coward Arsene. Just come out and say it. Don't hide.

Edit: Missed the "left in the competition" part. Must be Mourinho or Conte complaining then. It still applies though. I hate anonymous whining. Have a problem with it? Say something.

It says pressure but doesn’t say where from. When Matt Hughes isnt selling our players he’s coming up with this nonsense. I wouldn’t believe a word of it if he doesn’t name the clubs. He probably just made it up.

Probably been reading RAWK, even though they aren't involved, they think the 'Liverpool hating media' are trying desperately to get Tottenham a trophy that is Liverpool's by right.

Am I the only one who thinks that having the same main sponsor of the FAC as the shirt and stadium sponsor of one of the biggest clubs (and twice recent winners) is a conflict of interest ?

(A state-owned sponsor from an oppressive dictatorship to boot)

No, you're far from the only one.

Ohh, trouble a-brewin'.

F365 had an article yesterday about this and said that, surprisingly, Chelsea weren't one of the complainants. Hm, ah, that'll be because they are hoping to do the same thing soon.

Anyway, great that Man City are out :D

That this is even a discussion is ridiculous and I hope we have the sense to not complain about this when this inevitably becomes an issue when Chelsea have to play at Wembley in a couple of years.

We're loaning the national stadium for a season, with all pros and cons it entails. And it's not like Wembley will be "home" with a home crowd for the semis or final.

On the other hand if we lost in the semi or final they’d laugh because we lost at “home” it’s not our home it’s just a rental

If we go to a replay and then go to win the cup it would be a great quiz question/fact for years to come. In which season did the FA Cup winners play in every round at Wembley?

Not sure that I wanted to say that and get ahead of ourselves here... can but dream

As my good personal friend Yoda once said.....

"Fear leads to anger, Anger leads to hate, Hate leads to suffering"

Watch them suffer when we win the thing and it's the launch pad for this squad

don't know why everyone is losing their shit over this.......for almost 30 years all we do is lose FA Cup semi-finals anyway.

If i was with another club I'd be praying we draw us in the semi :)

Reason being is opposition fans need to hate us for something.

We are a well run club who is keeping the English national team going and haven't been gifted extraordinary money.

So, if it isnt fans complaining about Alli diving, it is our advantage in a tournament we haven't even progressed in yet.

Makes me chuckle.

Shit that’s bad news forgot that. Swansea of Sheffield are more than capable getting s draw then it comes down to pens. A little less confident now.
