Found this posted on SSC by the chap who does the TL videos. EJG. Seems interesting.

Also saw this on LinkedIn; it's not much, but was posted a day ago by a project engineer at Mosco-Gleeson (the company supplying the eaves) who's working on the stadium, which suggests that the roof lift isn't too far off:

"Not long until the cable net lift is underway at Tottenham Stadium. Compression ring is complete and the Mosco-Gleeson eaves detail started. "

Bazza on SSC, who claims to be ITK about the naming rights, has just posted:

"I said Monday a while ago. I'm sticking with that due to new information received.

My sources must remain secrete though. Although I don't mind telling you HP is my favourite.."

Possible Monday announcement to coincide with the start of the roof lift?

So... It's not Hank Pym? Shame, was hoping for a more realistic Subbuteo experience off the back of that.

Ah well.

With the naming rights, isn't it usual that the shirt and stadium sponsors are the same, of the top of my head this is the case with Arsenal, Man City, Stoke and Leicester. Obviously it doesn't matter, but I wouldn't write off AIA as our stadium sponsor either.

That's normally the case, however there was talk back along of the club wanting separate shorter term deals for both (or at least separate deal for the shirt) so they can negotiate better terms more frequently and not get done like Arsenal originally did with Emirates.

But i'd happily take HP as Stadium and Shirt sponsor in one. No more red...

Might be a bit of a leap, but HPE is announcing their Q1 earnings today. I can't imagine them committing to a stadium deal unless they have had a huge Q1. Hard sell to investors to say "we are throwing 20M/yr at this football stadium" when you're losing money or break even.

Just had a quick look at Hewlett Packard and their profits for the last two years have been around the $3.5 Billion mark so a naming rights deal would be chicken feed for them, even after dealing with Levy! - only a small fraction of their overall marketing budget.
With the NFL tie in I find it hard to believe that it is going to be anything other than a US sponsor.
