We have leaders. What we lack is winners, but that's hardly surprising considering we haven't won anything in ages and the importance of winning things is dismissed by fans and the management.

Just feels like such a missed opportunity, really feels like it's slipped through our fingers and that's why it's harder to take than maybe your usual defeat to me. Plus it's not like we can just wait until the next game, will have to wait until next year, if we qualify!

Not that it's easy, I just wish we played like it was still 0-0 when at 1-0. Problem is it's like the game was so easy for the defenders up until their quick fire double they got caught out by surprise even more.

I think people are being harsh on Poch and I am one of the first to criticise.

He’s experiencing the highest level for the first time too and he will grow from it, as will the players.

So they go to a 4-4-2 and im supposed to be impressed. Piss off. First goal ok it was a well worked goal but the 2nd was shit defending. To many excuses are made why we fail to win things.
Honestly the first we concede is entirely down to Dier who starts ball-watching when he's followed Higuain all the way into the penalty area. And yes, the second is a defensive disaster.

But don't for second believe that we fucking b-worded it and if you don't understand what Allegri did to turn the game around (much more than just "they went to a 4-4-2) then I'm sorry, I can't help you. It should be completely obvious to anyone that that switch was what turned the tide their way.

We are a good team but not an elite one. I think we can get there but we need upgrades in a few areas. Full-backs being the most obvious.

When I was a kid we were fighting to be top of the bottom half and one season were genuinely fighting relegation. We were almost bust.

This is not the same. This is going out to a team that if we signed any of their outfield players other than their centre backs we would have been happy.

We did fcuking well. I'm damn fcuking PROUD.

Haha. You talk like you assume I'm a teenager. Mate im sure we are both old ****s. Doesn't matter if it was a loss against Burnley or a loss against this lot. Relegation battle or champions league last 16. It will always hurt. That's part of the deal.

I hope we can bounce back from this and it doesn't derail the rest of our season.

Feels like a massive kick in the bollocks to go out like that.
This is my worry need to get it out of our systems and bounce back asap Bournemouth will be smelling blood.

In the grim old days back in the 90s, I never thought that we would qualify for the UEFA cup let alone CL.

They were dark days. The journey we have been on to see the club rise again can only be appreciated by those who remember those dark years

Is Cheillini some kind of nonce?

"They concede a lot of chances" Mate you literally had two fucking shots on target

Looks like fucking squidward aswell, utter nonce

EDIT: now he's crying and I feel bad but he's still a prick

Chellini just spoke very well I thought.....said it came down to experience at this level and he’s probably right.

We are missing that for sure. I was just thinking today that all our team is missing is a Roy Keane. But still learning.
Spot on. It won't be a popular opinion because people like to sugarcoat things. But that's the kind of mentality we're missing.

Mind you, we don't need ten Roy Keanes. But we don't have one.

2 minutes of madness. Proud of this team. Upward curve. More experience. And we beat some great teams along the way. No shame In that result. Just annoying how it happened. We had enough chances to take that game away from them.

Don't get me started.

One actually sent me a fucking message saying "pathetic", with not a hint of irony.

One of them keeps messaging me on what's app, calling us losers lol

I'm not even going to respond until Thursday, there's no point :D
