Just back from the game, how did we lose that? I'm going to sleep on it and come back to it in the morning.

What are you blathering about now?

Insightful, I may have to ponder on ur insightful wisdom. Answer two questions, should we have won tonight? And are you proud that we didn't? This wasn't a game where we could have one, this is a game we fucking owned.

It was that period of utter shithousery from Juventus that swung it in their favour. Or at the very least kept them holding on. We started the second half very well and well on top. For a while the only thing Juventus had kicked was Dele Alli. We were looking like creating opportunities at ease so out came the cynical fouls, hacks, kicks. Let's face it, they probably should have been down to 9 men before the equaliser, Barzagli and Pjanic incredibly lucky to stay on. It didn't get the rise or reaction out of us they wanted, but it certainly stopped our momentum which they then took advantage of.
At that point, we should have played possession football to get them tired, frustrated and then sent off.

To be fair our players at that point were playing that game themselves, hitting the deck and drawing fouls and slowing the game down. I don't really blame any cynical tactics for what happened.

What stupid questions, presumably an attempt at rhetoric, and not worth responding to. You might want to stop gazing at your navel before attempting any pondering, sunshine!

Our most important game of this season is this weekend against Bournemouth. Now, that is a must win game.

I think we'll be motivated to put this loss behind us. Really hope Poch rotates for this game though.

legends don’t draw at Madrid.
legends don’t beat Madrid
legends don’t beat Dortmund home and away
legends don’t come back from 2 down at Juventus.
Theres a lot to be proud of this champions league run. Probably the hardest run out of all the teams.

Exactly. We weren't supposed to make it out of our group, yet we qualified with the best record in the competition. We were supposed to get shown up by established Champions League heavyweights Real and Dortmund yet we outplayed both of them over two games each. After all the excuses made for them, Juventus were supposed to humble us, really put us in our place, yet we were the better team for all but 10 minutes in the first leg and 5 minutes in the second and deserved to go through. Meanwhile everyone froths at the mouth about Liverpool beating Europa League teams.

Sunshine? U answer fuck all because simply u know fuck all. If you give out ratings at least back it up, do that or fuck off. Ponder that.

I wonder if the stuff about the team and Poch not being smart about defending the lead - or shutting up shop when Juve equalised misses the point - Poch makes a huge deal about being brave and I wonder if that's what we tried to do tonight?
I don't think he believed we had the personnel to shut up shop, in retrospect, so wanted to kill off the game. Sanchez is very jittery and positionally not there yet. That affects the whole back line.
